Situated in an extremely private cul-de-sac, it is less than 1500 metres to both the nearest beach and golf course, and only a ten minute drive to Moraira. This beautiful property poses magnificent 180 degree views of both the coastline and Calpe Rock (Penon de Ifach) and can be admired from the many terraces within the grounds.
The villa has a living area of 210m2 and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor and at the heart of the property is a large, bright living area which boasts ample space for relaxing with patio doors leading out to the private pool. In addition to this there is a separate adjacent living room with a cozy feel and traditional stone fireplace. The villa also offers a dining room with a separate kitchen which has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
Also situated on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; one bedroom has a double bed whilst the other has twin beds and both have built in wardrobes. One bathroom has a large walk in shower and the other a shower/bath. The third bedroom is situated on a half landing with a double bed and is both a bright and airy space. All bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning.
The outdoor area at Vista Ifach definitely has the wow factor! The grounds are a generous 830m2 and they include five separate seating areas to enjoy alfresco dining, one of which has an outdoor kitchen. Situated around the kidney shaped private pool there is an exceptional area which is perfect for sunbathing and dining. There is a lovely terrace with a modern glass balcony housing table and chairs and comfortable sofas and a private roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase with truly stunning views.
With this property there is a real sense of privacy and luxury which provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira 5 minutes away. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.

Minimum booking is 7 days. Arrival and departure day is Saturday. Check in 4pm or later and check out no later that 10am.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable when booking is made.
The Balance of holiday payment is required to be paid eight(8) weeks before booking date.
Should we not receive the payment by the said date and have had no notification from the client, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit kept for admin costs.
A refundable deposit of £500 per stay is payable before arrival. Balance after any damages and excess electricity will be returned to client within 7 days.
Electric meter readings taken upon arrival and departure. Weekly gratis electricity is £50.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your booking after agreement has been entered, you must notify this by email and confirm by telephone.
180 days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit.
60-180 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit.
30-60 days prior to arrival: 75% of full rental amount.
Less than 30 days: 100% of full rental amount.
The owners will not accept liability for personal injury, death, loss, theft or damage arising from the provision of letting the accommodation. You must have your own personal holiday insurance that covers all guest and eventualities.
