We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Villa at the foot of the Montgo mountain in Javea. 4 km drive from Javea town and 7 km to Arenal beach and lots of beach coves. The owner Rej was very kind and efficient. No problems whatsoever with booking or deposits. At first I was a little worried as I couldnt find many reviews but once we got there we realized the house looked even better than in the photos provided. All of our rooms had an ensuite bathroom, excellent for various families sharing. The house has plenty of amenities, large kitchen, huge sitting room and lots of space for eating outside in the courtyard and garden. The indoor pool is one of its best features. So cool in the hot weather, also kids can play in it without worrying about sunburn. The house is suitable for at least 3 families of 4, regardless of age. The air conditioning works perfectly. Its a great area for walks or running. Local supermarket is a 1 km walk where you can buy lovely pastries and wine. They have a cafe where one can enjoy a nice coffee or even a few beers. There are also 2 restaurants at walking distance from the house. Rej and Raima were very helpful during our stay. Would defo return.
Lovely comfortable property. Plenty of room and parking. Great covered cool pool. Covered patio seating area by gas BBQ provided welcome shade. Big wraparound garden. Tennis court 2 mins walk. Kitchen / utility well equipped and all worked. Good WiFi. Meet and greet lady very helpful, speaks English well. Nice next door neighbour too. Twin rooms interconnected. Rubbish has to be taken a 5-10min walk to recycle/dispose, near supermarket. Electricity was ‘tripping’ the switch in fuse cupboard in the evenings, owner informed and taking action. Quiet area. Lots of roads and footpaths around for walks and runs. Montgo 750m high. A challenging walk if circular as paths not clear and some very steep sections. Walk around CapSan Antoni just outside Jávea was steep up through the town but varied and lots of great views. Short boat trip from Denia included a view of caves and coastline and a swim from the boat. Sea water nice temperature. Very enjoyable stay.
Very quiet house, all amenities as described as described, the A/C is very good in ALL ROOMS
When choosing our property we were nervous because this place didn’t have lots of reviews and it almost looked too good to be true. We took a risk and it paid off. As three families all with young children, we had a great time in the villa. It looks even better than the photos, there is plenty of space for the kids to play and explore, and the pool can be locked for peace of mind. The villa has everything f you need for a happy stay. The highlight for us was evening dinners in the courtyard. It’s a special spot and brought us all back together at the end of a long day exploring Javea, Denia and surrounding areas. Finding the villa is a little tricky, particularly at night. The roads are bordered by very high grass (3m+). you’ll almost certainly think you’ve taken the wrong turn, but good maps will get you to the right place!

The villa is spectacular, perfect for spending a few days with family or friends. It has an incredible garden and a spectacular indoor pool. Located in a very quiet area of Montgó and just 15 minutes by car from the beach of the arenal. Aanika and Raima were very helpful at all times and helped us as much as possible at all times. Very good experience. We definitely did it again
