The Villa:
Casa del Faro is located in a peaceful residential area of Faro Park, just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It comprises master bedroom which is 2 single beds with an en-suite, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed (1.50m) and can sleep 2-4 comfortably. A cot and sofabed/Zbed is available for an infant and/or small child.
Spacious throughout and furnished to a high standard, Casa del Faro is fully equipped and offers many facilities. Outside is a large terrace area and private, heated swimming pool, a perfect place to relax in the all year round sunshine.
There are two bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with a bath and shower. Both have a sink and toilet, therefore offering flexibility for families with children, or couples and friends travelling together.
The enclosed dining area is perfect for meals in the evening. Or if you prefer a more alfresco setting, you can dine at the table outside the lounge which has the benefit of a wind breaker.
Relax and cool off in your own private, heated swimming pool, heated November – June to 28 degrees centigrade!
Both bedrooms have the use of air conditioning (coin operated), the bedrooms are also fitted with shutters for those warmer evenings.
The local area:
There are a number of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of Casa del Faro and 2 supermarkets, where you can purchase all your holiday necessities! There is also a bus service which takes you to the centre & the Marina.
There are some magnificent coastal walks close by for those who like to be a bit more energetic. A beautiful, paved, sea front promenade starts a short walk away from the Villa and continues along the coast into Playa Blanca (Approx 4 mile walk).
Playa Blanca is a very short taxi/bus ride away, where you can enjoy a wider range of facilities including bars, restaurants, shops, a harbour and some great, sandy beaches.
