We had a fantastic last minute stay here. Its location was perfect for my husband who loves golf and my daughter and I who love the beach. The Grill in the complex was also one of our favourite places to eat. We will definitely be coming again. Thanks for a fabulous stay Gerard.
This is an owner's house, not a typical vaccation rental. Stylish furniture and decoration, top kitchen with everything, fast WLAN, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Weber grill, and the best of all: the big hot tub for 3-4 persons. A SPAR foodstore with everything you need including fresh bread for breakfast is in 2 min walking distance, open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm. Large pool and a grill restaurant are also in the compound. The 2 x 9 hole par 3 golf course starts oposite. The area is probably the best place on the island to go to, nice beaches, Puerto de Mogan is a nice village with a scenic port area, good restaurants, shops, diving school. The Mogan mall is a big, modern mall; the place where the locals go to shop clothes and other things, maybe the best mall on Gran Canaria. A tour to the island's west coast and inland montains with it's fantastic nature can easily start from here - either by car or by bike. Gerad is a perfect host, he loves to make his guests happy.
We stayed for a month in this bright and spacious duplex and found it ideal. Downstairs are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, two of which lead out onto an enclosed patio area with sun loungers and a great hot tub. The open plan living area is upstairs with another patio, outdoor table and sofa, gas barbecue and a fantastic view across the driving range. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances are well maintained. The complex itself was very quiet and we always felt safe. There is dedicated parking and just a short walk away is a useful Spar shop, pool area and the Tauro Grill which served amazing steaks at amazing prices! I cant speak highly enough of Gerard, the property's owner/host, his communication is spot on. He was there to meet us even though our arrival was much delayed, kept in contact throughout our stay and arranged a mutally agreeable time for the weekly housekeeping. Very happy to recommend, we explored the whole of Gran Canaria and loved coming 'home' each day.
We had a wonderful stay. It is a very comfortable house. It has a very nice terrace overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is very well equipped. Gerard is a very friendly person and is attentive to solve any problems that arise. The dishwasher didn't work and I'll send the technician immediately! There is a supermarket in the complex, swimming pool and restaurant ! The location is excellent, five minutes away is Mogan mall , supermarkets . 10’ away is the port of Mogan with good restaurants and it is a beautiful place to walk! There were 4 of us and we had a very nice week! I'll be back
We are a family of 4 who had a very nice stay in Gerard's lovely townhouse. When we arrived late at night, Gerard had bought some food and water so that we had breakfast the next morning. If there was anything we needed help with, the host came to the rescue. The nice pool is 2 minutes walk from the townhouse was very popular with both kids and adults.
