Description
Light modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa with private pool. Full air conditioning, fibre optic WiFi, walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket, 5 mins drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to golf and 25 minutes drive from the airport.The ground floor is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which also has a w/c. Three sets of terrace doors lead out to the large pool and terraces with sunbeds, dining and lounging space. The upper floor has four good sized bedrooms (two king size and two twin) all with built in wardrobes, Air-conditioning and patio doors to a large upper balcony. The villa is situated in Addaia on the north east coast of the island 20 minutes from the airport and Island capital Mahon. Within walking distance are great family restaurants, a fully stocked supermarket, diving centre and souvenir shop. Addaia also has its own port from where you can enjoy a meal on the quay side at a local Mediterranean restaurant "La Cantina". The cul-de sac location with off road parking offers peace and tranquillity. Menorcas only golf course is only a 10 minute drive away (Son Parc), water sports only 15 minutes drive away (Fornells) and the fabulous beach of Son Saura in Arenal den Castel only a 5 minute drive away. A truly wonderful place to enjoy a family holiday away from it all.
