We had an incredible stay here in Menorca - our second visit and definitely not our last! The place was perfect, the location is ideal (less than 30 seconds walking and you are standing on the sand!), the views over the bay are stunning and the apartment is really well suited for both families and those looking for a relaxed stay. We loved spending our evenings sat on the balcony listening to the waves - the outside space is great! Really impressed with the finish of the apartment and the latest refresh has really brought the place up a new level with aircon in the bedrooms an absolute delight! Would definitely recommend.
We have stayed in Arenal on the beach side several times but this house is definitely the best we have stayed in. The house has 3 really spacious bedrooms all with air con. 3 bathrooms each with a shower, the lounge and kitchen were more than big enough. Everything was clean and welcoming. The terrace has comfy seating, dinning seating and sunloungers all with the most amazing view. The roof terrace had additional seating and sunloungers as well as space to hang the wet towels. The entrance to the third bedroom is via the roof terrace which my son loved as he had plenty of privacy and his own outdoor space! I honestly could not fault one thing and would love to return in the future. Thank you to Adrian for letting the house to us.
We couldn’t have asked for more; a beautiful home with everything we needed, right on the beach, walking distance of shops, restaurants & even a swimming pool if the sand gets too much!

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday- with everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. Waking up to the incredible views of Arenal bay the location is perfect. On the beach within seconds for a morning or late evening swim in the sea. The house is spotless, well equipped and close to fantastic restaurants and a supermarket. I will most definitely return.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful beach house. You couldn’t ask for a better location in all of Menorca! The beach, great restaurants, bars, and a grocery store are all within a short walk of the house. If you enjoy walking or hiking, there are easy access points to the Cami de Cavalls in both directions which take you to other beaches and pretty towns. The house is spacious and clean and offers everything that you would need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the soothing ocean breeze made sleeping a dream. The addition of air conditioning helps cool down the hotter days in Menorca. There are two lovely outside seating areas which are comfortable for eating, chatting, or soaking up the sun. Great views of the sunrise and sunset! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again one day.
