Excellent séjour, location qui correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce, logement propre et deco soignée avec une tres bonne qualité de matelas et un lit King size dans la chambre parentale. Il était bien précisé sur l’annonce que le logement était à côté d’un club de vacances donc que l’on pouvait entendre de la musique , c’est très bien de le savoir, nous ça ne nous a pas gêné car nous étions souvent sortis et de plus après 23h la musique s’arrêtait il n’y avait donc pas de bruit la nuit, nous nous sommes bien reposés ! English Translation Excellent stay, rental which perfectly matched the advertisement, clean accommodation and neat decor with very good quality mattresses and a King size bed in the master bedroom. It was clearly specified in the advertisement that the accommodation was next to a holiday club so that we could hear music, it''s very good to know that, it didn''t bother us because we were often went out and after 11 p.m. the music stopped so there was no noise at night, we had a good rest!
Excellent stay , would come back again
Just returned from a week at Villa Elsie. Fantastic 3 bedroom with tons of room, a great kitchen area and great views from the balcony. We spent most of our time in the pool which was a wonderful temperature the whole day! The owner was great and the fresh eggs they gave upon arrival was a lovely touch. Highly Recommend for a relaxing week.
Excellent séjour en famille Villa de vacances 3 chambres 1 place de parking bien située avec tout à proximité (plage, restaurants, supermarchés) à 20min de Mahon, et très bien équipée (climatisation, WiFi, lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café nespresso, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux) Vue magnifique du balcon de la chambre principale sur la baie et la plage d Arenal, un régal Un grand merci à Gurbia de l agence de location pour sa gentillesse, et sa réactivité lors de nos échanges. Nous avons pu avoir un départ tardif, et c est très appréciable, une nouvelle fois merci. Un guide via une application est mis à notre disposition avant notre arrivée avec toutes les informations nécessaires, c est top. La maison est à proximité d un grand espace hôtelier, ça nous a pas dérangé du fait de la faible fréquentation en avril mais l été ça doit être assez bruyant, et ça peut déranger. malheureusement vous y êtes pour rien et ne pouvez rien y faire. Un petit coup de jeune pourrait être donné aux salles de bain et à l espace cuisine mais cela reste propre et fonctionnel pour des vacances. Les voitures extérieures qui se garent devant la clôture de la piscine (et nous sommes hors saison), et le tas de gravats a l extérieur de la propriété, mais juste derrière la clôture. ça gache un peu la vue... The house is close to a large hotel area, it didn''t bother us due to the low attendance in April but in summer it must be quite noisy, and that can be disturbing. unfortunately you have nothing to do with it and can''t do anything about it. A little facelift could be given to the bathrooms and the kitchen area but it remains clean and functional for a vacation.
beautiful villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. the pool is superb and the view from the balcony is beautiful. well located 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. satellite TV is great for children! Thank you to Gurbia for the early Check in! the house is located near a resort and you can hear the music entertainment from 4pm to 11pm... Personally it didn''t bother us too much but I think it can bother some in search of calm.
A very nice house and a very pleasant stay in Minorca in the house. the description is in line with reality, calm and well adapted for a stay with a family.
