Torre Villa is known locally as Los Naranjos – meaning The orange trees; the grounds boast one of the few remaining orange groves on the island and guests love to wander through the fragrant trees where lemons, peaches, olives, pomegranates and figs can also be savoured, depending on the time of year.
Above the gardens is a stunning pool and terrace area - perfect for relaxing or for a swim with a view. Due to its sheltered position the grounds enjoy a unique abundance of flora and fauna (especially bird life), and against the backdrop of traditional Menorcan dry stone wall and blue skies, the views from the terrace invite relaxation and the perfect holiday atmosphere. For the more adventurous, the fields around the house conceal a number of interesting historical stone outbuildings and even some caves. Around the garden are abundant trees for pleasant shade, which are perfect for an afternoon siesta or for children to play.
From the terrace, the barbeque area leads into the house. Spacious and open, with a blend of charming traditional and functional modern influences the house is split over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus additional infants/ cots available on request).
Torre Villa is situated in the Menorcan countryside although less than 10 minutes’ drive to the historical city of Cuitadella which boasts a stunning harbour. It is within easy driving distance (5-10 minutes) of a number of small, sheltered beaches.

Kitchen: fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Living room with seating areas, open fire place and further separate dining area overlooking gardens. WIFI internet, Smart TV, DVD and CD/radio/Ipod.
WC/ wash room next to the living room, with washing machine and ironing/ cleaning facilities.

Master bedroom: very large individually air-conditioned double bedroom with additional single bed and wooden cot. Lovely, large terrace overlooking sheltered fields – perfect for early morning coffee. Ensuite, modern bathroom with shower, bidet and double sink. Bathroom leads from other entrance to:
Bedroom 2: individually air-conditioned with three single beds which is a perfect room for young children. Note that this room is recommended for young children because it is in proximity/ earshot of the master bedroom.

Bedroom 3 with doors leading directly to lower terrace and garden. Individually air-conditioned bedroom (+ceiling fan) with en-suite newly renovated bathroom (wc, walk-in shower, double sink).
Bedroom 4 with doors leading directly to lower terrace and garden. Twin individually air-conditioned bedroom (+ceiling fan)with en-suite newly renovated bathroom (wc, walk-in shower, double sink). Extra beds, cot and high chair are available upon request.
Ping Pong table
In the garage next to bedroom 4 you will find a new ping pong table (2021) where young and old can have hours of fun.
Swimming Pool
11m x 6m, depth 1.20m to 1.90m with Roman steps and several surrounding terraces (220m2). On request, and at no extra cost, we will provide a (removable) superior pool fence (1.2 m high and posts 1meter apart) designed to help prevent a toddler from wandering into the pool area. With superior strength mesh and support posts as well as quality components and safety features, it offers parents the finest in pool safety (see pics).
