We absolutely loved our week at Ramon’s villa. The grounds are serene and beautiful, the location is a perfect balance between proximity to Ciutadella (8 minutes drive) and various beaches and having a lovely feeling of seclusion, and the villa itself is well appointed and spacious, with the pool the obvious highlight. Ramon was also a pleasure to deal with, responding promptly to any queries and happy to give advice when asked. Overall, couldn’t ask for more and would love to come again another year.
We loved our stay at Ramon's villa. The grounds are beautiful with lots of space to explore and the pool is fantastic. The villa is in a great location, close to Ciutadella and many lovely beaches and was a great size for our party of 9, equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
The house is in very nice condition with a lot of space and a beautiful garden well maintained with a lot of fruit trees (organes, lemons, pomegranate). The house is ideally located in Menorca to go to various beaches and Ciutadella. In addition, for those having children, the pool can be secured with a fence, which is a great plus. Ramon the homeowner is responsible and was very helpful in providing baby beds and high chair. For sure we will come back !
Ramon has a wonderful home that my wife and I enjoyed for nearly a week. Perfect location, amazing grounds and well appointed. Ramon was very responsive and even organized a local chef for us to cook at the home. What a wonderful stay .
Been coming to Menorca for many years, this time with 3 generations of the family so rented the villa from Ramon for the first time, wow, what a place. Lovely well equipped villa, spacious indoors and out, stunning well maintained grounds and a couple of friendly horses over the gate. Location superb, we prefer that side of the island, but even Mahon is only 40 minutes away. Car needed for travelling around although early morning walks to and around Santandria beach were easily done and beautiful. All in all a stunning place to stay, easy access, great local facilities and tranquility beyond belief. Ramon made all the arrangements easy and was a joy to deal with, we will be back.
We had a wonderful week at Torre Vila in mid June 2023. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the barbecue room with bifold doors creating flow between inside and outside, and a great barbecue. The pool was large, clean, and well maintained, and we swam many times each day (plenty warm enough). The gardens and grounds were remarkably big for a holiday home, and we enjoyed having no near neighbours, not being overlooked, and the feeling of peace and quiet from being in a rural location yet close to the coast, ameneties and Ciutadella. There are many great places to eat out, particularly if you like seafood. Maia loved picking oranges from the trees to squeeze and make fresh OJ for breakfast, and exploring the garden looking for the tortoises. We enjoyed watching the resident owl flying bewteen the trees each night as we relaxed outside looking over the garden. Ramon the owner was kind and helpful, with lots of useful advice and information. We would highly recommend a stay at Torre Vila. If we return to Menorca we would certainly consider another stay.
