Fantastic opportunity to rent this modern three bedroom villa in Calicas, one of the most sought after areas of Lagos behind the 4km long Meia Praia Beach. The villa is set in its own 1/4 acre plot on a quiet residential road nestled on a hill in a picturesque established area on the edge of the recently redesigned Palmares Golf Course. There are doors to the garden from the living room, kitchen and bedroom with plenty of covered and uncovered terrace areas for relaxing and sunbathing as well as beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a wonderful furnished roof terrace offering panoramic views to the mountains and the sea. The villa has been furnished with great care and to a high standard.The house has a TV package including Sports, BBC and ITV, an extensive DVD library, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, selection of reading books. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with bath/shower whilst the other 2 bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom with shower - the second bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa bed suitable for a child; the 3rd bedroom has a small double and 1 single bed. Outside you have a beautiful enclosed garden with heated pool, elegant outside dining furniture plus outside seating area on terrace and 6 sun loungers around pool. Up on the roof terrace you have a further dining table and chairs, 2 more sunbeds and a Moroccan day bed which is perfect to escape to! 5 minute drive to beach, marina, old town of Lagos and Palmares golf course, so perfectly situated and if you want to have a few drinks it only costs around 8 euros in a taxi. Truly everything you could wish for! lovely home in a fantastic location
By kate sheehan on 05-Jul-2024the villa was a great size with everything we needed, the pool and outside areas were lovely with lots of additional seating areas plus a roof terrace with lots more seating , sky tv was welcome to watch the euros and it was a short drive to shops/beaches/restaurants/town
Lovely Villa with heated pool
By Carolyne Hunt on 23-Aug-2023Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with its own heated pool, which has the sun all day. The villa is open plan and spacious and has everything you need. It’s in a lovely quiet location and it’s easy enough to hire a car or use a taxi to get into the main town. The owners were really helpful with recommending car hire, answering questions etc and then checking everything was ok. We had never stayed in that area of Portugal before so that was really helpful for us. We’d be very happy to return!
Relaxing holiday
By Sally on 07-Aug-2023Everything about this property is great. The villa is huge inside and out. Lovely and peaceful, we couldn't hear anything from other surrounding properties day or night. The pool area and roof terrace are lovely relaxing places to spend the warm days and cooler nights. We were there in the hottest month, August and the main living area does get extremely warm at night but the bedrooms have air con so you can get a good night's sleep. The villa is in a perfect location, Meia Praia beach and Lagos marina 5 mins drive away, Lagos centre is a 10 min drive. There are plenty of supermarkets again all within 5 to 10 minute drive away. The communication from the villa owner was outstanding from start of booking to the end of our stay. I would highly recommend Casa Bella.
Memorable and relaxing holiday
By Anna on 09-Jun-2023I recently had the pleasure of staying in Casa Bella a three bedroom villa with private pool which provided the perfect memorable and relaxing holiday. The villa is well equipped, the living area is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a large en-suite and another separate bathroom. One of the highlights of this villa is the private pool area. It provided a serene oasis to unwind and soak up the sun. There is a sheltered outdoor eating area and another seating area. Whether I wanted to take a swim or simply bask in the glorious sunshine , the pool area offered the ultimate relaxation. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood A car is advisable although not a necessity as we took Ubers everywhere. We used our hired car for golf and shopping. The beautiful Meia Praia beach is within walking distance and there is a boardwalk all the way to Lagos harbour for walking enthusiasts. I would highly recommend this villa. Its seamless blend of comfort and serenity made it the ideal destination for a rejuvenating holiday. Anna

Lovely, relaxing break

The availability of taxis into gorgeous Lagos, the well cared for pool and pretty garden as well as the rooftop day bed all made for an ideal base for our family. We definitely recommend Casa Bella.
