Description

This fabulous detached villa for max. 5 persons is situated on a corner plot, close to the main boulevard of Mazarrón Country Club. It has a modern living room with Smart TV and a log burner which makes the villa perfect for long-term winter stays. There are three good-sized bedrooms with ample closet space: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower. There are three air condition units to keep the villa cold in the summer heat. You can enjoy a private, well-maintained free-form swimming pool and a hot tub for 4 persons (available only from November - April). There is a tiled garden with desert plants and a lovely roofed outside kitchen with gas barbecue, dining area and a washing machine. We hebben genoten! De villa is goed ingericht, het zwembad wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt, ook de communicatie is prettig verlopen. Een aanrader!

Perfect villa

Villa Estrella was just perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed, we paid extra to have the hot tub in May which was fabulous and the pool and outside covered dining/bbq area was great to all gather together. The host, Sonia, called round on the 1st morning and was lovely and gave us really helpful tips about local markets and places to eat out.
