Really lovely villa up the top of the hill. Lovely pool area and great to relax and sunbath. Great space and large rooms and kiving room area. Great location and we even enjoyed walking up the hill. Recommended!
This is a wonderful villa for a family holiday and we really enjoyed our stay there. There are four good sized bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en-suite, and they all have air conditioning. The pool area works really well, with a decent sized swimming pool and plenty of space around it for sun loungers, as well as a built in family sized barbecue and seating area which we used several times. And we found that the flow from the living room onto the balcony and then down to the pool worked really well. There were six of us and we could all do what we wanted in comfort but still feel in contact with everyone else. The villa is quiet but only a short walk from the lively town of Carvoeiro where there are plenty of shops and restaurants - the walk back is up a steep hill as others have noted but you can get a taxi instead for under €5.
Beautiful villa in great location close to the centre of Carvoeiro which was only ten minute walk down the hill. Longer coming back, especially pushing a buggy up the steep hill, but taxis very cheap. Villa was very well equipped and pool was perfect for relaxing. A number of steps down to the pool area from the verandah but safety gates fitted for young chindren. Beautiful sea views from the roof.
The property was well equipped and no shortage of kitchen utensils/crockery. The pool was large and Sam was brilliant at arranging the heating of it for our 13 month old so she didn’t get to cold in the water. Bedrooms were a really good size, plus bathrooms. Built in BBQ was used twice in our week’s stay. The only thing we struggled with was the walk to and from the town centre as there was a steep road to contend with. Having a 75 year old and also a pushchair was a little daunting, but made the most of taxis which was not to expensive between 5 of us. Overall a lovely holiday had!
Everything about this villa surpassed expectations. Firstly Sam was so helpful with booking the villa and answering all the questions my extended family had. She was also available for any queries during our stay. The villa itself was lovely. My niece actually commented that this was the first time she thought the photos didn't do a property justice. It was an extremely spacious villa with large bedrooms, and ample seating both inside and out. We used the bbq several times and the pool was a real treat and again larger than we expected. Also, everything was immaculately clean. My nephew and brother in law were thrilled with the skysports on the tv and there was everything we needed for the 9 mth old baby in our party. The walk into Carvoeiro is 10mins downhill. I would say the walk back is a bit tougher as the hill is quite steep. On a couple of occasions the older members of the party grabbed a cab, but that was only 4 euros. Would highly recommend this villa
