Description
Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, furnished to a very high standard with its own large heated* private pool which also has an integrated Jacuzzi. Situated on the 5 star 'Mar Menor' gated golf resort offering superb on site facilities including an 18 hole golf course.The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance both on the resort and along the boulevard which runs adjacent to the front of th resort.
There is a large Spar shop on the resort for all your daily needs.
The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. The English speaking management company will help you with any queries during your stay.
The villa is one of the larger 4 bedroom designs with a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and outside patio area with a large 10m pool (50 square metres).
Furnished to a very high standard with cable TV providing English channels and sports channels. The lounge has a 40' LCD TV. The downstairs bedroom has a wall mounted TV with a wii games console and the master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bathroom has a large shower enclosure The downstairs bathroom has a corner shower unit with toilet and hand basin.
A safe is included for your valuables.
The villa is sited in one of the larger garden plots surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges, providing adequate privacy from neighbouring villas and is not overlooked by other villas at the rear.
The enclosed garden contains a large pool (with child proof fencing) surrounded by a large patio area, including a canopied seating area. There are 8 sun loungers provided and with a sun terrace as well as the large patio area all day sun bathing is possible.
There is a driveway at the side of the villa for off road parking.
The front of the villa overlooks a very pretty plaza with palm trees, fountains and places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is also an enclosed childrens play area.
The rental fee includes: Linen, Towels, Laundry, Departure Clean, AC in all Main Rooms, Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV.
* Pool heating can be provided at £25/ day. Contact the owner for details. Pool heating by air sourced heat pump so pool temperature can be adversely affected by the weather.
Arranged early arrival / late departure charged at £10/ hour.

By Leigh Hickey on 19-Apr-2025We loved absolutely everything from our stay. The villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen. Gorgeous outdoor space and the heated pool was a treat. The resort is very secure and we felt so safe seeing security driving around all the time. Shop is located 1km away from villa which has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying and we will definitely be back again!

By Sarah Jevens on 14-Apr-2025We have stayed on the Mar Menor resort many times and this Villa has been our favourite. Very spacious and exceptionally clean, the kids loved the large pool. Well equipped with BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating areas. Well will definitely be returning!
Fun in the winter sun!
By Lauren F on 08-Nov-2024We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday, the villa suited us perfectly for 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 13. The villa has everything you could need for a really comfortable stay, the outside space is the biggest I’ve come across on the resort and the pool more than big enough for us all to be in at the same time. The pool fence gave us the added comfort knowing our youngest child couldn’t get to the pool. Would recommend having the pool heated out of season as it meant the children could play in it all day without getting cold. Owner Barry could not have been more helpful and we will definitely be returning again. We have stayed at a number of villas on the resort over the years but this one is by the far the best, on a fabulous plot not overlooked by anyone. Would highly recommend.

During the stay any issues (which there were none) are dealt with onsite and collecting and returning keys very easy process. Highly recommend this villa for families especially. I was there with 3 adults and 2 children, plenty of space.
Plenty of room inside and out!
By Brian Lanham on 17-Sep-2024We spent around 4 weeks at the villa and were sad to leave. At one point we had 6 adults and two children and there was ample room inside and out. The pool was amazing, especially with the jacuzzi feature. Even with all of us in the pool it was more than big enough. We had it heated which is a nice option to have. The site is great as well with a small play area metres from the villa for the little ones. There are plenty of places to eat within minutes of the villa, just outside the security gates. There are a couple of places on site too plus a gym and paddle courts if you are feeling energetic! I would definitely recommend!
