Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor, two stories above ground-level. From the large balcony that spans the width of the house there are unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico where you'll be mesmerized by beautiful sunsets. You'll see dolphins swimming by and other wildlife, maybe even a manatee.
The living, dining and kitchen areas are 'open concept' with a vaulted ceiling, increasing the spaciousness of the rooms. The living room has leather couches and a lounge chair, seating for at least 7 people. On the wall is a curved TV with cable channels, and of course free Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 6, above is a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all appliances are brand-new, including a stackable washer & dryer.
The bedding is king-size in the master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a king bed, the next has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed above it. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.
The property is located near the south end of Manasota Key, close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park.
