Villa Mimma is a stunning 6-bedroom villa located in the picturesque Puerto Portals, Mallorca. Its prime location offers easy access to the marina and is just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant city of Palma.

Nestled in a tranquil setting, Villa Mimma provides a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of the beach and all the amenities that Puerto Portals has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of having the marina's shops, restaurants, and waterfront activities right on your doorstep.

Villa Mimma is a multi-level villa designed for both comfort and convenience. Upon entering, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms on the entrance level for your guests' convenience. A cloakroom is also located on this level for added practicality.

Step into the spacious open-plan living and dining room, where you'll find a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi/internet access, and a DVD player. Please note that the air conditioning is now set on a timer for energy efficiency and operates between 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM the following day. Any additional usage will incur a charge of €25 per day. To ensure optimal air conditioning performance, please remember to close all doors and windows.

The modern and bright kitchen at Villa Mimma is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge/freezer, small fridge, and a separate wine chiller. A spacious dining table is also available in the kitchen area, providing a convenient spot for casual meals.  

From the kitchen, you can step out onto the large terrace, where you'll find comfortable seating and a dining table. The terrace offers stunning views of the pool and sun deck, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine.

At the basement level are the further bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The pool area is surrounded by a decked terrace, providing ample space for sunbathing and relaxation. There are 10 sun loungers available for your comfort, and multiple dining tables with chairs offer plenty of seating options for enjoying meals al fresco.

For your convenience, Villa Mimma offers private off-street parking and various terraced areas, ensuring plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment

The rooftop deck also provides a stunning outdoor space with panoramic views.

The expansive garden is adorned with lush greenery, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere

The villa is located within a 10 minute walk of the Marina at Puerto Portals. Here you will find an array of amenities and beach.

* Please note * The price is based on 8 clients , there is an extra 250€ charge per person per week/stay. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. A 1000€ security deposit is required against damage & will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. On arrival the ECO tax of 2€ per person over the age of 16 per night is payable to the property manager.
