Villa SAUDADE is a real luxury refuge in the middle of a national park. Its is extremely well equipped: e.g. Air Conditioning, SONOS music system inside/outside, Thermomix, wifi, heated pool, high-end gas BBQ, electric heating + pelet oven + log fire. 2 smart TVs, MIELE appliances, full kitchen for serious cooking. All three bed rooms have been refurbished in early 2023 and two additional air conditioning units have been added.
The special charm and authenticity of the Villa Saudade (Bras .: 'Longing') is located in its simple elegance and location in the middle of the 1947ha UNESCO Natural Park, Parc Natural S'Albufera '.- only 5 km from the life of the capital Mahon. Here you can still go on holiday, without being part of a row settlement. The fact that the villa can not be viewed by any side is self-evident.

The kitchen is modern and high-quality equipped and has all the equipment the ambitious hobby cook needs: a Liebherr stainless steel refrigerator with 1 ° C zone, Thermomix TM31, a 90s Smeg gas cooker, a stainless steel dishwasher from Miele, the Nespresso machine, sharp knife Etc. on the pool terrace is a 5-burner high end NAPOLEON gas grill next to the large dining table.
The two bathrooms are also of high quality and tastefully furnished with generous shower baths, double wash basin and hanging toilet.
In such a living space, of course, the music must not be missing: Therefore, the villa is equiped with a SONOS system with 10+ speakers. Also on the terrace you can paint your cozy evenings with your own sounds. Via an APP, you can always choose whether you want music everywhere, or only in individual areas of the house.
The garden, which is occupied by old palm trees, is separated from the nature by a hedge. The pool care taker comes twice a week and takes care of the pool and outdoor area. A wind-protected terrace to the garden as well as a veranda to the pool with a view over the reserve form the exterior of the house. As far as the horizon you can see only isolated lights of houses at night, and only the starry sky. The pool was completed by a 150qm large wooden terrace. This offers the possibility to lie in the sun by the pool until the early evening and gives the house a small maritime touch. Not only do you have the opportunity to sit under palm trees, but you can also enjoy a delicious barbecue. The outdoor shower with warm water is also a thankful detail, whether you are just sandy from the beach or the day by the pool spends. The carport rounds off the outdoor area.
