With just one neighbouring property, Peacehaven is situated within prestigious Vale Telheiro, 5 min drive from Loule in a hillside location with stunning views across the countryside and towards Loule. Enter the grounds through electric gates and the fenced gardens wrap around the property with lots of outdoor space and an orchard for all ages to enjoy. Take in the view on the wonderful terrace along the length of the property and you will find a great place to escape the heat of the day and its perfect for alfresco dining too. Enjoy the pool terrace with the private salt water pool (8 x 4 metres - which can be heated) which is fenced, gated and also has a pool cover. For those summer evenings the BBQ terrace at the front of the property is a great place to watch the sunset. Step inside and the beautiful spacious accommodation is furnished with light oak, the floors are tiled, the bedrooms and lounge are all air conditioned and for cooler winter nights there is underfloor heating throughout. The lounge has a beautiful feature stone wall and a log burner for cosy autumn/winter evenings. The villa is all on one level and has three double bedrooms (2 en-suite) and three bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed available if required and travel cots and high chair can also be provided. Our Rental Licence No. is 41512/AL.
Please note that a Municipal Tourist Tax has been brought into effect by the Loule Council. Therefore all guests, regardless of nationality or residence, aged sixteen years or over, will be required to make payment. During the high season (1st April - 31st October) this is charged at €2.00 per night per person and during the low season this is charged at €1.00 per night per person (for a maximum 5 consecutive nights) and will be collected and documented by our House Managers during your stay. A receipt for the payment can be provided to you.
