Description

CASA PARADISO is located just above the old market town of Loule, accessed via a well maintained quiet tarmac road, with panoramic views toward both the coast and the countryside. The villa sleeps 8, with 4 spacious bedrooms, one leading out onto one of the garden areas, and another to a lovely private terrace - and each has its own en-suite bathroom. Set on a large plot with electric gates, there are 3 separate terraces, covered BBQ area, landscaped gardens on two levels and swimming pool. The spacious living/dining area is bright and airy, with several French doors leading directly to the gardens, pool, patio & BBQ areas. Air-conditioning throughout, superfast fibre optic wi-fi, flat screen TV with full range of TV channels including Sky Sports & Movies and an authentic log-burning fire for the brief winter period. The large, airy kitchen is finished to a high standard and equipped with all modern appliances and has a separate utility room.

Distances: Casa Paradiso is within a 5 minute drive from the shops, restaurants and bars of Loule, as well as a large supermarket. There are many charming villages nearby such as Sao Bras and Almancil and the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura are between a 15-20 minute drive. Further along the East coast is the old town of Tavira. A car is recommended to allow you to explore the surrounding areas and make the best of your holiday.

Coast/Beach: The coastal areas of the Algarve are accessible within a 10-15 minute drive. The nearest beaches are Faro Island and the famous Vale do Lobo resort with its beach side restaurants. A little further along are the amazing dunes and beautiful beaches of Quinta do Lago, Ancao and Vilamoura with its stunning marina…and many more all along coast.

Travel: Faro airport is a 20 minute drive from Casa Paradiso. Journey time from London is approximately 2.5 hours, Lisbon is approximately 3 hours away by car and you can drive to Seville in 1.5 hours.

Location: The market town of Loule is rich in history, with its castle walls and the remains of the Moorish castle dating back to the 12th century. Famous for its Saturday food market, Loule also hosts a number of well known carnivals, concerts and cultural events throughout the year and has a range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as all the usual amenities – ie chemist, newsagent, ATM etc. Nearby Almancil also has a good selection of shops and restaurants, Sao Bras do Alportel is a charming old town of whitewashed houses and little squares and the resorts of Quinta Do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and Albufeira are only a short drive away.

There is plenty to do in the Algarve, including golf, tennis, dolphin safaris, water sports, sailing, boat trips, safari jeep tours, go-carting, fishing, horse riding, hiking, water parks and Zoo Marine as well as concerts, cinemas, clubs, art exhibitions, outdoor markets and two large shopping centres.

CASA PARADISO is a large, bright and airy house, decorated to the highest standard. It has a large, well positioned and fully equipped kitchen, which leads out onto the dining terrace. Each of the spacious bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space and each with their own brand new bathrooms. There are two sets of French windows leading directly out from the large ground floor living room onto the terrace, pool and garden areas. Two further terraces on the first floor offer wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and out towards the coast. Plenty of al fresco areas to eat, drink and relax and watch the sunset! The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning (and heating for the winter months) and the property is alarmed and has aluminum shutters.
Utility Room includes fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes driers, hoover, brooms, dustpan and mops.

Outside: Casa Paradiso is set in a large plot with swimming pool (steps lead down from the shallow end) which may be illuminated at night, and outside shower. It has 8 sun-loungers and the terrace has table & chairs seating 8, with a large parasol, providing shade. There are various seating areas including the main terrace, a pretty bourgainvillea-covered BBQ area (with built-in chimney) with a marble table & benches plus two further terraces on the first floor (one leading off from the master bedroom) – which feature wonderful views across the countryside and coast…the sunsets are amazing. There is also another charming traditional Portuguese tiled area lower down the garden...so plenty of places to enjoy drinks at sundown and a delightful choice of areas to dine on warm Algarve evenings! The property features landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation and a variety of mature trees and plants such as bougainvillea, olive and fig trees. There is also ample parking on both driveways.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. A mid-stay clean may be arranged for an additional charge. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Deposit: We do require a damages deposit of £350 which will be refunded within 7 days of departure

Another amazing holiday at Casa Paradiso

Casa Paradiso is an amazing property, clean, welcoming and with all the facilities required for a quiet, relaxing time for all the family. Being just out of Loule and slightly off the beaten track is perfect, but you are within 10 minutes of the Waterpark, and 20 mins from Vilamoura and Val Do Lobo giving you multiple options of how to spend your days/evenings. This is our third visit to Casa Paradiso and it really is a home from home. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are large, as are the bathrooms and the detached BBQ area a great place to eat on warm evenings. The pool is superb and a great size for cooling of in the 34 degree heat! The overall management team are extremely efficient should any issues occur and the owners are always a pleasure to deal with. We have had another great family holiday here and would have no hesitation in returning in the future. First Class and thank you!

Having arrived back yesterday, I just wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ for allowing us once again to spend what overall has been a superb 12 days at your beautiful villa. Everything was as we had remembered it pre Covid on our previous visit and the new kitchen is amazing.

We just wanted to let you know what a great holiday we had! We loved Casa Paradiso and surrounding areas! It was difficult to tear ourselves our way from the beautiful setting and location, but we did manage to explore some of the surrounding areas, despite the heat, and sampled some of the local restaurants.
