The Torres Del Sol Apartment Complex is located in the sophisticated resort of Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife.
Tenerife is located off the African Coast and benefits from all year round sunshine.
Tenerife may be closer to Africa than Spain but the atmosphere is definitely Spanish.
The South benefits from palm-lined golden stretches of sand which has been imported from the Sahara Desert.
A great choice of bars and restaurants offer a mix of both traditional Spanish food and British food.
Los Cristianos offers a long curving beach (50 metres from the apartment) with a pleasant promenade. There is a harbour area which is scattered with quality restaurants. The town centre has numerous shops and a good selection of bars and cafes.
Los Cristianos is a short walk away from it’s lively neighbour Playa de Las Americas.
The apartment is 50m from the Las Vistas beach which is the nicest of the beaches, if you turn right on the promenade you are at the start of Playa de las Americas where the lovely Safari centre is with a theatre, casino, bars, shops, restaurants, mini golf, and a fountain area (which has a show every hour to music).
There is a great area called the strip that can be seen from the balcony, there are numerous bars doing all different musical entertainment (soul , irish, tribute bands etc). The lively Veronicas is about a 20 min walk away.
If you turn left on the promenade you can walk along passing many bars and restaurants before you reach the harbour of Los Cristianos.
If you don't want hills to climb which is where quite a lot of apartments in Los Cristianos are , our apartment being right on the sea front is ideal.( also wheelchair friendly in complex and surrounding area, including beach)
The one bedroom apartment, which sleeps 4 , is just a 15/20 minute taxi ride from Reina Sofia airport (taxi is between 25 and 30 euros). You can get a number 40 bus outside airport that drops you behind apartments stop is el camison price is 3euros 20 each
In the apartment is internet , a full sized fridge freezer, microwave, halogen hob, iron, ironing board, washing machine, Wi-fi, tv (English Tv) and DVD player and a safe. Hairdryer, straighteners, curling tongs
In the bedroom there are two single beds and In the living area the sofa pulls out to make a double bed.
There is a golf course 5 minutes away and a further 3 courses within a 15 minute taxi ride.
The complex has two swimming pools, a bar, a supermarket, a manned reception area and the internet. The apartment is on the seventh floor and therefore gives lovely views of the surrounding area and the beach. There are 2 lifts servicing the block.
