Spacious and comfortable apartment, in a peaceful residential area. Complex exceptionally clean and the large pool was great. Communication with the owner, Peter Scott very efficient. Annie, the resident caretaker was welcoming and responsive. Supermarket, bars and restaurants some 15 minute walk away. Only disappointment for us was, on arrival Annie informed us that there was in fact, no private, garage parking available, despite this being assured at the time of booking. Annie said that the allocated garage space has not been available for 4 years!

This accommodation is just the right distance from Los Cristianos to be quiet yet close enough to buy bread, stop for a drink etc. The walk back up is steep but the last bar is Ohasis which is 5 minutes away and a taxi up the hill is only 6 euros. You appreciate the views, quiet and beautiful air when you sit on the balcony - we extended our stay, we were so content. The pool is one of the largest I've seen on an urbanisation and is empty most of the time. Peter is incredibly easy to communicate with and has thought of everything you need in this spacious apartment. Will book through him again.

Absolute brilliant roomy, modern apartment with all the amenities you need for a stay. Lovely views,sunny balcony nice pool area. Polite and caring owner who looks after you throughout your stay.

We had a lovely stay here over October half term. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 older teenagers. Annie who met us was great with lots of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Even messaged before we had set off from the UK with her number. Then when we got there sent a precise location for google maps as we hired a car. There’s parking as well if you have a hire car. The pool was lovely and large and hardly anyone else there most of the time. I suppose the only downside was it’s at the top of a really steep hill but there’s ample cheap taxis. We used to walk down on a night and get a taxi back for less than €5. The view from the balcony totally made up for this! Plenty of taxi ranks. My son made use of the uk tv channels with loads of movies available and the internet was quick. Great communication when booking and all relevant information sent. I’m sure I will be back and will recommend to friends and family.
