Our return to Vila Amaro This villa has been designed with care and built with quality materials. Even at 30C+ the spaces and bedrooms were cool without the need for the available air conditioning. Regular visits by the gardener kept the outside tidy and the pool clean. Plenty of space inside and out with choices of seating areas including a sea facing balcony, perfect for an early evening get together with great views. 8/30/2022 at 1:42 PM
Margaret B Absolutely Beautiful Spot We loved staying at Vila Amaro! The house and pool exceeded expectations. We had a wonderful time in and around the pool. We also enjoyed many family meals at home. Lovely, comfortable, quiet and well appointed home. We had a rental car so we were able to go to Lisbon & Sintra easily. Costa do Caparica is gorgeous. Great beaches nearby with beautiful sunsets as well. Ian was a great host and extremely responsive and helpful. Would rent again in a minute. 6/23/2023 at 12:21 AM
Wow! Wow! And thrice, Wow! Vila Amaro, you have been an excellent base for all of our adventures this week. A stunning property, catering for every requirement. Amazing facilities. Super clean. An all round home from home. The owner, Ian, communicated with us brilliantly. No stone left unturned. He gave us loads of helpful hints and tips of where to go, what to see etc, and he even took us to the local supermarket to get our shopping for the week. To me, that’s going above and beyond. What was nice about the owners, is that they didn’t encroach on our family time, but were on the other end of a phone whenever we needed them. This holiday was a very special one; our first time abroad as a family. Our daughter's first time on a plane, and her first break outside of the UK. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s a holiday we will never ever forget. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Vila Amaro. It’s a plot of paradise in heavenly surroundings. We loved it that much, we’ve already booked in for next year.
