It was our 2nd time in Rhodes island and first time at Villa Lindos Blue. Thank you for your hospitality - James& Steve. It was our dream come true. Villa Linos Blue is a luxury accom in the Greek paradise. If you plan a holiday you dont have to worry because everything is provided by owners. The Villa is located between Lindos and Pefkos with own parking space and easy access from the main road. Amazing outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds and place where you can rest in the shade. Next to swimming pool big family table where you can eat or drink. Coffee table with comforable sofa. Also the bbq area with full equipment for grill. We used the BBQ twice- delicious and fresh greek meat and sausage. If you want to drink a coffee you can find a spot in the shade in the front of villa. Table and sunbed provided. In the evening the Mediterranean garden is full of magic lights- looks amazing. Inside the villa we can find full equipment kitchen with big fridge, oven and dishwasher. Next to kitchen you can find a big table for your dininng. Living-room is a huge with large flat Tv with all channel from our the world. We watched polish channels but our favourite- Uefa Champions Ligue . First floor two separate bedrooms with share bathroom. Each one with great aircon. On the top floor its a master bedroom wirh en suite bathroom. The view from the top floor bedroom is breathtaking Villa is comfortable, feel like home. The matters in each bedroom is very comfy and you can sleep like a angel. Each room has full aircon, speedy Wifi and windows blinds also Towels, linien and beach towels, When you plan your holiday you dont have to worry James and Steve will take of every small details. Lots of entertainment at villa- board games, PS3 and book, sound system- JBC. The owners provided everything you need. All you need is to relax and enjoy your holiday at the villa. Rhodes island is full of places to see/ do, so its not option to be bored. This was our dream holiday we will always remember and we cant wait to be back to VLB. Villa Lindos Blue our dreams came true.
Our 4th Stay at VLB and another excellent holiday had by all. From the time we booked with James and Steve, to our arrival in Rhodes and pick up by M&S Car Rental, excellent service by all with our car waiting for us at the Villa. Our 2 week stay in the wonderful VLB Blue Villa was just like the first time we stayed here but even better. Still got that Wow factor when we arrived at the Villa, albeit late in the evening it was beautifully lit up both inside and out and the added bonus of an essentials pack when we arrived. The Villa as always was exceptional. The Villa inside and out is lovely just a home from home lovely feeling and everything you would need for your holiday there. Beautiful outside area with furniture next to the pool with the added outside shower. We had some lovely BBQ''''s whilst we were there, all kitted out with lovely throws and cushions. The main bedroom has a view to die for. You can see the lit up cross in the dark, just outside Pefkos take a trip up there only 254 steps but well worth it to see the sunrise, amazing. Great Location near to both Lindos and Pefkos with an array of lovely restaurants. Booked Ktima for the sunset lovely restaurant to visit with lovely views as recommended but you need to book this as well as Dionysis in Lindos. Pefkos has an array of lovely typical greek restaurants too, our favourite was Spitaki. Thanks too to Paul and Sue for looking after us whilst we were in the Villa, always on hand for anything and pool looked after, lovely to sit with Paul and have a chat and a cuppa. Just a final big Thank you to James and Steve for letting us stay in your wonderful Vila, a credit to you. Will definately be returning.
Second visit to the villa and it did not disappoint. Hoping to return in 2023!!! Booked transfers and care hire via M&S (as recommended). No issues, completely stress free. Picked up immediately from the airport and taken directly to the villa, where our car was waiting. The car was great and allowed us to explore the island as well as we could for the week that we were there. Car hire worked our much cheaper than separate transfers and taxis. We arrived a little early to the villa, however we were welcomed by Paul who was more than happy for us to drop our cases inside. We chilled by the pool until he had finished. The bottle of Prosecco that the owners provided was well needed and greatly appreciated. The other supplies provided such as eggs and bread etc took a lot of pressure of us when we arrived, as we didn''t have to go out and search for basics. Paul left the villa in an immaculate condition. You would not have known that another family had been there just hours before. Paul is friendly and really familiar with the area, so he gave us lots of recommendations for food, drinks and water sports. He came three times during the week and made sure that the pool was always crystal clear. The pool and surrounding terrace is beautiful and was used every single day. Outside furniture is of great quality and felt luxurious. We did have a sneaky peek over next doors terrace and our villa was by far more appealing, better quality and generally just more cared for. Inside the villa is stunning and its apparent that the owners have paid attention to every little detail. I cannot think of one thing that we needed over the week, which was not available to use. Appliances are top quality and it was so nice being able to wash our clothes in the machine before we left, so that we could chill when we got home. Even the wine glasses are top quality, which you never get in usual accommodation. The beds are super comfy and the pillows like clouds. Great nights sleep every night. There was a thunder storm on the last night and the patio area at the top of the villa provided a great space to watch this. Views are spectacular. The ensuite door is a little low (cannot be helped) and being 5ft 10 I did bump my head. After a couple of days I did get used to this :) Music system is fab and was used every single day. TV system exceptional with every single channel you could imagine. We made the most of sky sports and were so happy that we could watch the boxing; usually having to pay £26 pay per view. We did not use the bbq as we were too busy trying out as many restaurants as we could. We loved Byzantinos (our fave), but also ate out at the Ice Bar (portion sizes are massive) On a couple of days we had gyros for lunch at route 48 (cheap and good quality) I cannot fault the experience at all. I have been coming to Lindos for 25 years and this villa is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you so much to James and Steve. From the point of booking, you were on hand to answer any questions. The information pack you provided made staying at the villa an absolute breeze.
We have been to this villa 4 times, every time we arrive we are amazed at the improvements the owners ( James & Steve) have made, from the replacement of furniture inside and out, to the garden lights now on timer. This villa continues to evolve making our holiday experience even more enjoyable (if that is possible). We will be back!
Just returned from our first 2 week stay with 2 older sons and teenage daughter at Villa Lindos Blue. From the time of booking till end of our stay everything was as advertised with ongoing communication from the owners James and Steve. The Villa was fabulous just as advertised. On arrival it was stunning all lit up andI spotlessly clean, wifi, air-con all great. Fabulous kitchen with everything accommodated for. Including washing machine/dishwasher. The villa was decorated and kitted out inside and outside to a very high standard. Outside patio area was fabulous so relaxing and welcoming, once night time hits the villa and it is all lit up you won't t want to leave it. Pool is lovely and a great size, the BBQ area is a lovely addition to the villa for a nice relaxing nite at the villa, butchers in Lardos recommended for the meat for the BBQ. Villa very spacious for six people. The ABC online supermarket is fantastic, really easy to use and your order is only needed day before and the will deliver whenever you specify up to 11pm. Taxi service great. Bus stops just outside the Memories Hotel on main road just outside villa ( usually every 1/2 hour). Aquagrand/Memories hotel lovely for a quiet relaxing drink and prices not too pricey. Aquagrand also offer an ' all you can eat deal' for €35 euros. Some nices restaurants are in Pefkos, Philosophia (taverna overlooking beach)' Hellas, Nostalgia in main Pefkos area, Inixis, nice sea view/good prices. Lovely restaurants in Lardos Valentinas (great steaks), Goullas ( great ribs). Lindos tru Rainbird bar lovely views over the bay. If you manage to get up to the top of the Acropolis don't forget your €12 euros to get through the turnstile at the top, best time to go is 8-9am when it's not too hot. Staff who look after the property during your stay are a credit to James and Steve and nothing is too much trouble for them, very encouraging to know you have someone at the end of the phone if you need any help or advice regarding the villa. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lindos Blue, will definitely be returning to this wonderful villla and would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends. Well done guys for designing a wonderful, comfy and welcoming villa.
The villa was beautifully presented for our arrival. We arrived late at night and on entering the villa couldn't help but mutter a wow. This is our 4th visit to this villa, so you would think that initial first impression would have faded over the years, but on opening the front door, it is just so welcoming. The villa is spotless from top to bottom, the lights are on and you just know you are going to have a great time. The Blue Line development is quiet and ideally located, between Pefkos and Lindos, about 5 minutes drive away. It was a simple drive from the airport, James and Steve provide directions in your villa pack should you need it. A complimentary welcome pack was provided, which with our late night arrival was really appreciated the next day where we make full use of the items, eggs, bread, fruit juice, butter, honey and water. The villa contained everything you need, the kitchen has everything from a bottle opener to a coffee machine. The villa is tastefully decorated throughout, if fells like a home rather than a holiday rental. Even although we were there in September this year, we still needed the air conditioning. The system is so efficient we didn't need to leave it on all day, just turned it on a little but before coming in from the pool area. The bedrooms were all beautifully presented, we used the master top floor suite, bed is comfy and loads of storage space in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and the towels provided were soft and fluffy. The pool area is brilliant, with plenty of space, comfy sunbeds and huge umbrella's. We made good use of the comfy seating in the shady corner, both in the evening and throughout the day. We don't tend to watch tv on holiday, but did tune in to watch the Bake Off! Better TV package than we have at home, from sports to movie channels. The wifi was great for keeping in touch with back home. The property management team were excellent, unobtrusive but there if needed. The communication from James and Steve from the initial enquiry right up to your return is the best we have experienced. They have it just perfect in my opinion, quick response to an questions, excellent communication pack about the villa, call just before you depart for any last minute questions and follow up email when you return to make sure everything was fine while at their villa. Only one negative for us this year - we only stayed for a week!
