This villa was amazing. The views were unreal and sun sets every day. Perfect location and very quite so we didn't have to worry about the children making to much noise around the pool.

It's not everyday that you get to stay somewhere that literally takes your breath away. Kathisma Bay Villas certainly does just that as well as ticks all the boxes and more with its simply stunning view point over Kathisma Beach and its convenient location. It was an easy 2-3min drive to the beach and equidistance from Argios Village, and a mere 4.5hr drive from Athens which was surprisingly easy on the new highway. The Villas are beautifully laid out and designed, and the vantage point is private and secluded so that you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean seascapes and sunsets at your leisure. The staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful in pointing us in the right direction so that we knew the best places to eat and enjoy Lefkada. It goes without saying that we had a wonderful time with our two young children (4 & 7 years old) who loved the infinity pool and the clear sandy beaches nearby as much as we did! We stayed 2 weeks in the villa oceanos. The villa and the view are stunning. The location is perfect, just above kathisma beach which is really beautiful. The pool and the outdoor space are perfect to relax during the afternoon. The villa is spacious confortable and modern. Minas the manager was very nice and helpfull, and Matt the owner gave us good advices for restaurants, beaches and activities. It was an unforgettable stay, thank you for everything ! Travelling as a family of four , our experience at Villa Oceanos was amazing... The villa itself was a perfect oasis for us to relax in and enjoy all the magic Lefkada had to offer! Spacious, modern, private and luxurious, the villa layout has been very well thought out - We enjoyed most amazing uninterrupted sunset and sea views from every part of the house - upstairs, downstairs, outside & while relaxing in the gorgeous pool .... truly magical! The position of the villa is fantastic, with Kathisma beach further down the road & the beautiful quaint village of Agios Nikita only a short drive away. Matt & Pavlina were extremely helpful leading up to the trip, offering advice on car rental, ferries and a long list of recommendations of restaurants, beaches & activities all over the island, which was fantastic. The property manager Minas was wonderful & made sure we were well looked after which was great. An perfectly unforgettable experience leaving us wanting more. Thank you! Amazing villa in an amazing private location. Wonderful view overlooking Kathisma beach, fantastic swimming pool, beautiful outdoor space with very comfortable furniture. A beautiful contemporary villa with everything my family of four needed to make this a very enjoyable week. Kathisma beach is a short drive away and is well worth a visit during the day or in the early evening as the day cools down. From the comfort of the balcony you can watch and listen to the waves on Kathisma beach, watch the para gliders or watch the sunset! Agias Nikitas, a short drive away, is a lovely, lively small town with plenty of good restaurants and bars. We will definitely visit again! I have stayed at one of the best villas in the island of Lefkada, Helios Villa and I have had the best vacation time ever with my family. Excellent villas conditions and location, whatever the owner described in the Villa overview was there, marvelous view and superb services. Minas a top manager who was there for any need we had. Simply said, I will come back again in this Villa next year.
