Description
Our 3 bedroom villa is in a superb position close to the large heated swimming pool. It has a large patio garden which is a fully tiled sun terrace. It has a table and chairs for dining outside, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is a cupboard on the patio which has inflatables people leave to be used in the pool and buckets and spades for the beach. Inside it is light and spacious with ceramic tiled floors throughout. The villa has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped for self-catering and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and fridge freezer.The spacious lounge has a wide screen smart TV with some Sky channels plus BBC and ITV and it has a DVD player with choice of films and a book library and a blue tooth speaker. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds. The large second bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There is a wall safe for valuables and hairdryers. All the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds with sprung mattresses and ample wardrobes with coat hangers. There is aircon in each bedroom which is payable at reception if required.
There is a folding bed available and we can also hire an extra folding bed and cots and highchairs from reception if required.
There is a maid service once a week. All linen and towels are provided. Pool towels are allocated on arrival at reception.
There is WIFI internet access in the bar and reception areas and in the villa. Las Brisas is a beautifully landscaped villa complex with mature and pretty gardens in the heart of Playa Blanca. It has a superb large heated swimming pool, heated toddler pool, floodlit tennis courts and a playground, bar and restaurant on site.
The bungalow style villas are south facing and have a private patio garden with gate, patio furniture, sun-loungers and barbeque.
Las Brisas has a superb reception and management team and a lifeguard. The bar offers evening entertainment including the popular quiz night and a barbeque night. There is also a games room with table tennis and pool table.
The village of Playa Blanca and the golden sands of the village beach are just a short stroll away.
There is a wide variety of shops – fashion, food and gifts - a wide choice of restaurants – many beachfront with sea views – and a harbour offering boat trips across to Fuerteventura and to the stunning Papagayo beaches. There are 2 more golden sandy beaches within walking distance – Dorada and Flamingo which offer sunbed hire and sporting activities including jet ski hire, big banana and pedalos.
Prices are for up to 4 people. Add £40 per extra person per week up to 8 people.

It is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in, lots of home comforts and "spares", even batteries. All windows have insect screens and locks that actually work. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. Close to the pool and clubhouse and just a short walk to a large choice of restaurants. A really excellent location and comfortable villa.
Great holiday
By Gill on 06-Apr-2023We stayed at villa 85 for 2 weeks over Easter. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We have been coming to playa blanca for 25 years but this was our first stay at las brisas. Can highly recommend and will definitely return. Really friendly and lovely pool area.
Spacious villa - great location
By Sheila Quinn on 11-Jan-2023This is our third stay at Las Brisas, but our first time in this particular villa. I would highly recommend, it is so spacious and has a large patio close to the pool. We found it spotlessly clean and very well equipped throughout. The beds are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, the water in the pool is warm and very clean, there are plenty of sun loungers. We used the on site restaurant and bar regularly, it’s very reasonably priced and the breakfasts are delicious. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, the bus station is directly opposite so it’s easy to jump the bus direct from the airport. The beach, restaurants and shops are just a short stroll away. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time over the Christmas Period

The location is perfect for the main bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca and the resort itself is great. The Villa is a great size for a 3-bed villa and is in a great location on site for the pool too.
Absolutely perfect- home from home
By Tina on 24-Jun-2022Absolutely perfect…….home from home, ideal location Left on Jun 24, 2022 for a stay in May 2022 Could not recommend this rental highly enough. The villa had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air con, full kitchen, comfortable lounge area, TV with English channels and the most beautiful private terrace complete with table, chairs, sun loungers, and even a BBQ. The shared pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of sun loungers. We used the restaurant and bar on the complex regularly, it was very reasonably priced and the evening entertainment was excellent. The location is brilliant, bus station directly opposite and when you come out of the complex and cross the road there is a large supermarket called HiperDino with freshly baked bread.. Then if you carry on walking you’ll hit the beautiful Playa Blanca promenade and beach with all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again!
Spacious villa in wonderful location

The resort has it's own bar/restaurant with the friendliest staff and entertainment most evenings as well as small shop. The large villa is in a great location at Las Brisas and has ample space in the patio to relax, sunbathe or dine. We have been coming to this property for many years and will definitely continue. Booking with Kate is so easy and the whole holiday is hassle free.
