Description

Las Brisas is a fantastic Gold Crown Award resort, has a large heated swimming pool, with sun loungers and parasols, a separate infants play pool area and 2 tennis courts. Overlooking the pool is the reception area, bar and restaurant providing quality food and great entertainment, there is also an indoor games room.

Las Brisas is only 5 mins walk from the supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca which makes the Las Brisas resort a very sought after and popular holiday complex.

Our villa is very well equipped with sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue on a large terrace, it is also well equipped internally with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave oven, along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The spacious bedroom has twin beds which can simply be pushed together to make a double.

The comfortable living area includes settee and 2 chairs, dining table and chairs, a flat screen television with Satellite reception, a DVD player and telephone. There is also a reliable Wi-Fi internet system in place at the villa.

The option of Air Con in the bedroom is available for a nominal charge of 25 euros per week payable at reception.

Bedroom and bathroom windows have mosquito screens, there is also a small safe in the bedroom.

The Villa is restricted to 2 persons only.
