Villa 143 is in a quiet position at Las Brisas, but centrally located just 1 minutes walk from the fabulous heated swimming pool and 2 minutes from bar, restaurant, shop and other outstanding facilities. Facing South, it enjoys the sunshine on the terrace all day long.
The villa is generously equipped, with spacious lounge/diner, satellite TV/DVD, telephone, free wifi / internet, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom, shower room / WC and large private sun terrace with BBQ, patio furniture, sunbeds and shaded area under the large pergola – a real home from home! All windows have mosquito screens. Air-conditioning is available as an option for £25 per week. The villa is only available for weekly rental, with Thursday changeover day. Prices quoted are for up to 2 guests. For additional guests, there is a small charge of £38.50 per person per week, up to maximum occupancy of 4 people.
