Las Brisas is an award winning Gold Crown resort centrally located in Playa Blanca, on the southern tip of Lanzarote, a 35 minute journey from the airport.

The resort villas are set in palm tree lined landscaped gardens, giving you peace and quiet yet a 5 minute walk to centre of the village, where you'll find a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants, town beach and the seafront promenade. Flamingo and Dorado beaches are a twenty minute walk away.

Villa 125 is situated at a quiet secluded part of the complex, but a short stroll to the magnificent freshwater heated pool, children's pool and poolside bar restaurant. Other facilities include reception, tennis courts, indoor games room and outdoor children's playground.

This one bedroom villa is well equipped, with a spacious lounge/diner with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi/internet, fully fitted kitchen, twin bedroom with satellite TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and private sun terrace with patio furniture and sunbeds. Air-conditioning is available in the bedroom at an additional cost.

This self-catering villa is for a maximum occupancy of 2 adult guests.

The villa is available for a minimum 7-day rental, with the bonus of a variable start date to take advantage of those cheaper flights.

A non-refundable deposit payable on reservation of £15 per night booked. The balance payable 8 weeks before date of arrival.

The villa will usually be available from 3.00pm on your day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate the villa no later than 10.00am on your day of departure. Luggage can be stored at reception after check out and the pool and the complex's facilities remain available until you need to leave for the airport.
