We had a lovely stay here at the villa while visiting family in Oroklini, Kathleen was there to meet us upon arrival which was a great help. Villa had everything we needed for our stay and was a great location.

Stayed here for a week. Villa is a lovely size for 4 people. Pool good size however a few things to be made aware of. From the first night we noticed the double bed is broken kept rocking spoke to Kathleen and was advised there’s nothing they can do. The pool wasn’t cleaned since the first day we arrived and started forming algae had to request someone to come out and clean. The pool ladder was broken very dangerous my daughter scraped her knee. Had to keep messaging for the ladder to be fixed. Was told ladder has been broken for years . Emailed the owners but they never responded. You pay to stay in a villa you expect all these things to be fixed before your holiday begins. Overall disappointed with the service . Villa is in a good location
This is our 3rd stay here as a family. We normally stay just under 3 weeks each time and it’s become our home away from home. Kathleen is always there to greet us, she’s so lovely and helpful and makes you feel comfortable as if we have been friends for many years! The Villa is just perfect, all the things we need to have a comfortable stay. It's clean, and a great living space. There’s also a great connecting WiFi , which is important to our family. Outside the villa , near the pool there’s a gorgeous banana tree and each time we stay, I always look out to how many bananas the tree has! Not to mention the lemon /lime trees at the back. We love the road the Villa is on. It’s peaceful and exactly what you need when your on holiday. The location is fantastic and easy to get to places. Thank you so much Peter and Andrea and a special mention to Kathleen too for always making us feel welcome.
What a little gem of a Villa! Well equipped for our week long stay, pool was fantastic and extremely welcoming in the heat. Plenty of towels and bed linen were provided and we really couldn’t have asked for more. Kathleen was there to greet us and was very welcoming, luckily we had no need to disturb her during our stay and she very kindly popped by to say cheerio on our last evening. The area was incredibly quiet which was a definite bonus. Well stocked supermarkets very close by and the bus service was excellent. Would highly recommend this villa and hopefully we will be back one day!

Can’t remember now how many times we have stayed here. The villa itself suits our needs though it could now do with some tlc as hasn’t changed in over a decade. Few issues with the pool pump which there was 2 years ago as well so this badly needs addressing as you don’t pay to use the neighbours pool (no matter how great Ted is) And the oven seems to have a mind of its own as to whether it wants to work or not! We were pleased to see Rock Shots was still open as Tony is the reason why we return so often. If your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, this is it. Kathleen was brilliant, she couldn’t do enough for us.
This was our second visit to this villa and it was everything we could have wanted again. A quiet location, a wonderful pool to lay by and drink a cheeky tipple in an evening by. A well presented and looked after villa with everything provided to make our stay wonderful, fresh bedding and towels throughout our stay, all the mod cons, plenty of books to choose from to pass the hours in the sun, there's nothing missing. From start to finish including the booking process it was a stress free and communication up to our arrival, throughout our stay and our departure was excellent, absolutely nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil, relaxing place to be where all you need to do is just be....
