The villa is located in a traffic free cul de sac of similar properties and under an hour from the airport by taxi.
There is a 100% refund policy if due to a pandemic related cancellation, up to 7 days prior to departure.
Please note:
The villa, at the start of each season, undergoes a thorough spring clean, both inside and outside, taking up to 4 days for the team to complete
The villa further undergoes, between each changeover of every guests staying, a thorough and complete deep cleaning regime.
This will take up to 4 hours for the team to complete.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all fitted with mosquito screens to the windows or patio doors,
There are power shower rooms located on the ground and upper floor both with wc's and wash hand basins,
The kitchen is a spacious open plan living/kitchen area, with most modern appliances.
The villa has 2 double aspect sun terraces on the upper floor and 2 sun trap patios overlooking the private pool and walled garden to the rear.
A private sheltered car port and large Mediterranean shrubs are in the garden at the front of the villa and a date palm in the rear garden.
The villa, which has wifi internet access installed, is situated on an award winning private development of just 25 similar properties, just a 5 minutes level walk to the vibrant and friendly village of Lardos (pop 2500 + approx) which has an abundance of good quality shops, restaurants, tavernas and supermarkets. There is also an English speaking doctor and pharmacy in the village. The village is well served by bus and taxi to Rhodes Town and other resorts and villages, including the famous nearby resort of Lindos and St Paul's Bay, just 15 minutes away, 8km (5miles) by car, taxi or bus
Wheelchair Accessible:
The villa , which is located in a cul de sac, has good level accessibility throughout, from the car port through to the villa and around the patio areas. Assistance will be required over the front and rear thresholds into the villa, with limited access for a wheelchair in the shower. Care should also be taken around the pool area. which can be slippery.
From the villa, there is level access all the way to the vibrant village square, some 200m away approximately
The villa has three bedrooms. Both Bedroom 1, which has a king size bed and bedroom 2 which has twin singles, are located on the upper floor, together with a shower room, wash hand basin and wc. Bedroom 3, which is located on the ground floor, has a small double, together with a further shower room, wash hand basin and wc, and is suitable for all age groups. All bedrooms are fitted with new mattresses, built in double sliding door wardrobes and chest of drawers. The spacious and contemporary open plan living and kitchen areas lead directly through double doors onto the patio dining areas and to the pool and lawn garden.
The villa is located towards the end of a traffic free cul de sac, surrounded by stone built walled front and rear gardens, with various plants, shrubs and fruit trees.
Outside
The villas has it's own 6M x4M x1.2 metre deep approx private pool, with its own filtration system and is situated in the rear garden for the sole use of our guests.
There are two double aspect open terraces on the upper floor, one outside bedrooms 1 and 2 and is pergola shaded, with an open verandah located nearby, overlooking both the front and rear gardens.
The spacious patios on the ground floor are ideal for sunbathing by the pool and al fresco dining. Sunbeds and a patio dining set are on the patio for this purpose, . The rear garden, though not huge, is larger than most, but enjoys relative seclusion and privacy with new walls and fencing to the sides of nearby properties, without spoiling the views beyond of the surrounding mountains.
There is a full size Greek style BBQ located on the ground floor patio

Utility
The villa is equipped with a fold down child's travel cot, a high chair, a low level baby rest, an ironing board, an iron, and hair-driers in all bedrooms and available at no extra charge.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
All linen and towels are provided for each guest , including beach towels and are changed on a weekly basis.
Should you require a change more frequently. this can be arranged on request at local rates.

Golf -
If you are a golfer and you fancy a round while on holiday. There is an 18 hole par 72 golf course at Afandou, which is about a half hours drive from the villa heading towards Rhodes Town. Unless this has changed you can hire golf clubs and a cart at the course. or there is mini golf nearby to the villa, opposite the local Lardos history museum

Full size Go Cart track within 10 minute walking distance of the villa. Great fun.
Touring the island.
The villa is a great place to start should you want to tour the island by car. The world famous resort of Lindos is just 10 minutes away by car or taxi,
Recommended places to visit, through our Welcome Notes, including best beaches , restaurants , tavernas and other resorts, are provided to help guests make the most of their hard earned holiday.
Rhodes Town , which is a World Heritage site is about an hours drive from the villa and a major stop over for cruise liners and also boat trips to nearby Symi island, recommended.
