This fabulous, furnished in an Spanish design and renovated 200sqm Villa Casa Blanca 65 is located in the 5* Vista Lobos 65 residential complex and offers space for 10 guests with a 5m x 8m heated pool (also children space), Jacuzzi, Sauna and BBQ area.In an elevated position, the villa offers a panoramic view of the sea and the neighboring islands. The impressive villa is only a 15-minute walk from the city center and the beach and offers luxurious accommodation for families with children, friends or couples.
The Villa Casa Blanca has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Additional air conditioning systems are located in the living room and dining room.
In addition, the villa has 5th bathroom with a big and beautiful shower on the upper floor next to the bar that is equipped with icemachine, machine for fridge.
The huge lounge is a fantastic area to relax, it has a 70 inch flat screen LCD TV with IPTV broadcast system in all languages (offers channels like Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 and 4, BT Sport 1 and 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 2 and 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4...), pool table, sofa and WIFI connection with high speed fiber optic internet connection. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and an Ethernet connection is also available for home offices, there is also and office desk and terrace.
A completely independent and modern fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook also with a wine fridge. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room with a table for 12 people. This area has air conditioning.
The attraction of the villa is also the bar where the guests can drink draught beer you can reserved privius with at cost from 105.-€
The outdoor area of the villa offers an 8m x 5m heated pool, sun loungers, two parasol, large partially covered terraces with rattan armchairs, a Jacuzzi and a built-in barbecue and a sauna.

By David on 08-Feb-2025Great location, easy walking distance to the coastal path, shops and restaurants. Nearby bus stops and taxi tank if you want to travel further. Pool and hot tub spotlessly clean. Daniel was a great host, very welcoming and responsive.
We had a fantastic stay
By Rachel on 31-Jan-2025We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. We felt right at home. The location is a little further from the center of Playa Blanca and the nearest shops, so a rental car is definitely recommended to easily explore the area. Jerry and Daniel were great hosts – they were happy to think along with us and were always ready to help with tips and advices. Their hospitality made our stay extra special. Definitely recommended, and we'd love to come back!

By Daphne on 28-Oct-2024Daniel and Jerry were great hosts. They were really responsive when contacted. The villa was all that my extended family needed in size and amenities. The pool was fantastic for the children, especially as it was heated. Dining area held us all easily. A car is essential for this location unless, like us, you simply stay in the villa all day by the pool or walk 20 minutes to the beach. The large supermarket is a further 10 minutes walk. As drinking water is bottled a taxi is essential for the return journey as 8litre bottles are heavy ad we went through 1 a day! The pool was maintained on the Wednesday of our 6 day stay. The villa staff came twice. The day after we arrived & 2 days later & emptied the kitchen bin - they put all the recyclable items, we had left separate, in with the general rubbish! We learnt to bring the recycling to the council bins. Towels were not changed but there is a washing machine and dryer so we were able to do our own.

The house is spacious and compliant with photos. The nearest beach is a 15/20 minute walk away. A bus stop near the complex is also convenient to get to the center of Playa Blanca. A big thank you to Jerry for his welcome and responsiveness. We will keep a good memory of our stay.
