Description
Villa Essence sits just on the brow of the hills on the south side of the island in the peaceful village of Conil. Commanding far-reaching views of the southern mountains and ocean out to the islands of Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos, it is only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the main tourist centres of Puerto del Carmen and the marina at Puerto Calero. With a small local shop and a tapas bar within walking distance, and larger supermarkets just 5 minutes away in Macher and Tias, the villa is perfectly positioned for a relaxing stay. For those more energetically inclined the villa has a number of excellent walks closeby and easy access by bike to all manner of cycle routes, from the easy cruise to the seriously challenging. The villa is also directly located on the new GR131 walking/mountain biking route that spans the island from Playa Blanca in the SW to Orzola in the NE - it literally goes past the front gate!Recently built (summer 2019) is our 7 x 3.5m solar/electric heated pool and fully equipped bike store.
*** LATEST NEWS *** Our pool has now been changed over to a salt-water chlorination system. Self-regulating and keeping the pool in perfect balance without harsh chemicals! For a softer, safer swim, great for children and those with sensitive skin. Try the crystal clear water at Villa Essence ! Since September 2022 we have been "full solar" with a 6kWh solar panel installation that sees us Net-Zero over a year and from August '24, full latest model air conditioning!

Prices for up to 4 persons:
Low-season: £194 per night - minimum stay 4 nights
Mid-season (July/Aug): £219 per night - minimum stay 7 nights
High-season (Xmas/New year): £261 per night - minimum stay 7 nights
o Additional persons £21/pp per night (low/mid), £25/pp per night (high)
o Children under 2 free of charge. (Rental of cots/high chairs available on request)
o Provisional bookings may be held without deposit for up to 48hrs to allow flight arrangements to be made
o Bookings are secured by a non-refundable deposit of 10% with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date **
o Payments can be made in £ (GBP) or Euros by bank transfer, or in £ (GBP) by credit/debit card
o Cleaning charge £145

Check in is from 14:00, check out before 10:00am. Early check in or late check out may be available depending on previous or subsequent bookings.
Price match guarantee for direct bookings. We will always match or beat the total price should you find our villa available for your dates at a lower price on another booking site.
** We do recommend that all guests have in place holiday insurance that will cover the loss of deposit or total holiday cost paid in the event of an inability to travel or of circumstances that result in a cancellation or curtailment of the holiday booking.
Please note that it is a requirement under Spanish Law (Real Decreto 933/2021) that all guests are registered with the Ministerio del Interior prior to arrival. Whilst previously this only applied to those over 16, from January 2024 it now applies to all guests, including children having individual passports or identity documents. We will contact you to request the necessary details before checkin.

S třemi pohodlnými ložnicemi, vyhřívaným bazénem se slanou vodou a vířivkou poskytuje ideální místo pro odpočinek. Plně vybavená kuchyň a vkusně zařízený obývací prostor zajišťují komfortní pobyt. Díky své poloze je vila snadno dostupná k hlavním atrakcím ostrova, což z ní činí perfektní základnu pro objevování Lanzarote. Celkově jsme byli nadšeni a vřele doporučujeme tuto vilu pro nezapomenutelnou dovolenou
We had a wonderful short break...
By Duncan R on 17-Feb-2025We had a wonderful short break in Villa Essence. The villa had everything we could want and the heated pool and hot tub were both excellent. Great base for cycling. really easy to get to anywhere on island. Fantastic places to eat in Tias.

We no longer go to agency villas, where the owner of dozens of properties cannot handle the quality, cleanliness and details of the equipment, but we choose only villas like Richard's. Because only such a villa, where the owner looks after everything himself, is worth visiting. We will come again and very soon.

Location is perfect, out of the hassle and bustle but close enough to enjoy them. Lovely views and really feels home from home. Already booked for next jan!
Five Star Villa
By Stephen Dennett on 11-Jan-2025This was the second time we have stayed at Villa Essence. Hopefully not the last. We love the spacious layout of the Villa, both inside and out. The sea and mountain views from the Villa are superb. A perfect place for sunset watching. It is a wonderfully relaxing place to be, and we enjoyed the pool and hot-tub once again. Because of the location a hire car is pretty essential if you want to explore the island., although the hourly bus service from Conil centre to Tias and Puerto del Carmen is a nice alternative for a car-free day. The communication and attention to detail of the owners Debbie and Richard is second to none. Even 10 days didn’t seem long enough.
Villa Essence provides a wonderful Lanzarote holiday experience - highly recommend.
By Julia T on 07-Oct-2024The Villa is perfectly stunning, with a good sized pool, hot tub and a beautifully maintained garden with a sea view. The accommodation is spacious, beds and seating are comfortable and towels are provided. The owners have thought of everything you might need for a relaxing holiday, the villa information folder is detailed and informative. The kitchen is well equipped for guests that want to cater for themselves all the time or just sometimes, whilst also visiting some of the lovely restaurants on the Island. In addition to the fish restaurant recommended by the owners, Mar-azul, we would also highly recommend Alma Tapas in La Santa, we ate there 3 times (both lunch and dinner), the food and service were amazing. We also enjoyed Cafe Mocca (Jameos Playa) for breakfast/brunch with its lovely views and amazing coffee.
