We had a fantastic family break at this beautiful flat. The beach is a few short steps away and great for swimming (although probably not one for long afternoons sunbathing). The view from the sitting room and balcony is magnificent. There are plenty of beaches and restaurants in 10 minutes walking distance and you could also venture further afield on the Greenway which is a walking route all along this side of the lake. There are also ferries and buses, the only time we wished we had a car was when it came to disposing of the rubbish when we left! This stay was great value for money, the communication was prompt and helpful and Julie was very flexible about our check in time. I would recommend!
Lovely top floor apartment with a great view of the lake. Very relaxing. Apartment had everything we needed and was only a short stroll down to the water front. Julie gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants and cafes and things to do. Enjoyed the scenery, walks, villa gardens and ferry boat trips around the villages on the lake. Last May, I spent a week in this wonderful apartment. The place is fantastic, very close to the lake, and the view is simply marvelous. I couldn’t recommend a better place for work or relaxation! The host is very kind and reasonable, answers all questions, and is very helpful! I couldn’t recommend this place more!
This place is fantastic. It’s located just inside Lenno on the greenway that goes though all of como which makes for an easy walk into town. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the bigger grocery store in Lenno and about a 10-12 minute (beautiful) walk to the water taxi terminal and many great restaurants. Lenno is much quieter and less touristy than mennagio or Bellagio, but those towns can easily be reached by water taxi. The apartment is clean and well stocked. because of the way the building is built it stays very comfortable in the apartment (but there is also a/c), the building is secure and safe, and the parking makes everything so easy. We were here for a week and absolutely loved it.
An unbelievable view to wake up to every day. we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace while looking at the lake and mountains. Very detailed check-in, which we appreciated. Julie and Barrie answered all our questions promptly and Julie gave us a ton of local recommendations. When we arrived she brought us up stairs and even double checked we had hot water. Our bed was super comfortable and the accommodations very clean. A binder with instructions, local tips and info was very helpful as was the folder with all the appliance instruction manuals. We were able to walk to the waterway and the ferry. We will definitely stay here again.
