Casa Winnie is a beautiful, 2-bedroom detached villa with private pool, air conditioning, WiFi and UK TV. Located in the popular and exclusive area of Meia Praia the villa is just a few kilometres from the stunning beach, the Marina and the old town of Lagos with its cobbled streets, cosmopolitan atmosphere and array of restaurants and bars. Casa Winnie is a perfect villa for a family holiday in Portugal.

This very spacious villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground level of the villa you enter via the front door into a hallway which leads off to the lounge, kitchen, a twin bedroom and family bathroom.

The lounge has a large comfortable sofa, dining suite and flat screen TV. Two sets of sliding patio doors lead out to a level sun terrace, the swimming pool and gardens.

The family kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. From the kitchen there is a door that leads out to a covered terrace with a built in BBQ for alfresco dining.

The twin bedroom is to the front of the villa and has fitted wardrobes and bedside units.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC.

A large feature staircase leads to the first floor where the Master suite is located. With a large double bed and built in wardrobes in a dressing area this room is also equipped with a full en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC. Sliding patio doors lead out to a south facing sun terrace with views over the pool and gardens below.

Outside the well tendered south facing garden offers a private, peaceful location to relax and unwind. There is a lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool, level terraces, sun loungers that surround the pool and a large table and chairs for outside dining.

The villa is situated on the hill above Meia Praia, the Marina is only a few minutes' drive away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and colourful square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5-minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15-minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
