From the initial enquires made to leaving the villa, Sue kept in contact and answered any questions that we had. We arrived early and Sue was happy for us to enter the property. It was all clean and tidy for us. Sue even left us a bottle of wine, water, milk and snacks to get started. The accommodation was well laid out both inside and out. The pool was stunning and a very decent size. The villa over looks the sea and the views were lovely. The air conditioning was great too and was in both bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. Sue was on hand if we needed her but was not imposing at all. We had a wonderful stay.
For rent is the ground floor & exclusive use of the pool, which is great. The host Sue is very helpful, we didn’t hear her at all she was very quiet and unobtrusive. The area is very quiet too and offers a wonderful view of Moraira and the sea. The rooms are of a wonderful size, they are well furnished too. The main king size bed is comfortable. The kitchen, should you decide to use it is good. We were very happy with the washing machine it means we need to take far, far less clothing. It dries in the heat in less than an afternoon. I know, i know who wants to wash whilst on holiday? I would rather wash than wait for ages for baggage at the airport, especially as it means i can be earlier (and therefore much quicker) at the car rental office!! We didn't use the tv at all we listened to our own music, the free wi-fi is good. We had a very pleasant stay, we will try to get back next year too.

Alison L Excellent Left on Aug 9, 2022 for a stay in Jul 2022 A wonderful family villa in a gorgeous setting. Spotlessly clean, air con and ceiling fans. Pool and view was to die for. Sue was an amazing friendly host who drove us to the local supermarket on the Sunday after we arrived very late the night before. Even stocked the fridge up for breakfast for us. Definitely recommended for a peaceful holiday, with the town of Moraira a short walk away. Hope we can go back one day.

The Villa is comfortable and spacious and feels like a home. The pool and outside area is spacious and gets lots of sun with the added benefit of lovely views. The location is great as there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets very local. The Mexican restaurant nearby does great food. Sue is a lovely warm and friendly host who was very responsive. We loved every bit of our stay and would love to return. Highly recommend the Villa.

Sue is a fantastic host and the accommodation, pool and garden are immaculate and well maintained. Highly recommended. Looking forward to being back next year as usual.
