A bright and airy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment situated in the heart of Bellaluz village, the largest community on La Manga Club. Bellaluz lies amidst beautifully kept grounds and gardens and has an array of bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques, within a minutes walk of the apartment.

This two bedroom apartment offers cool tiled flooring throughout with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Our TV box offers all UK channels, sports channels and has a vast selection of movie and children’s channels.

Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and ample storage and hanging space along with blackout shutters to keep the heat out in the summer and to enable a good nights sleep.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding fridge/freezer, integrated hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and ample cupboard space.

The living room has two large comfortably sofas and an ample armchair, along with a coffee table and flat screen TV.

The dinning room has a large dinning table with seating for 6 people.

The bathroom has been refurbished to a high standard, with a large walk in shower, shaving point and hairdryer. There is ample storage space for towels and toiletries.

The apartment overlooks a stunning 25 metre, heated swimming pool that is only available for residents of Bellaluz. From Easter to the end of October, a pool bar operates which offers a wide range of drinks, snacks and ice creams. A smaller children’s pool offers a shallow area where children and toddlers can swim and play. There is also a large seated covered area that enables you to get out of the summer sun.

The club has many activities to offer. You can play golf at one of the 3 championship golf courses and receive a discounted green fee as a resident. There are dozens of tennis courts to hire as well as tennis tuition available or join in a game of the up-and-coming new sport of paddle tennis on one of the several new courts. Within a short drive is the beautiful private “La Cala” beach with its beautiful restaurant and beach bar perched on the edge of a cliff. There is a choice of more than 20 restaurants and bars offering cuisine from around the world. The newly refurbished Grand Hyatt Hotel has several restaurants along with a gym and spa area. The club also has a chemist, on site doctor, supermarket, shops and boutiques and a petrol station.

Outside the club there is a wealth of activities to tempt you just a short drive away, such as horse riding, water sports, diving, mountain biking, the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, or the markets, local villages and towns such as the beautiful historic town of Cartegena and Murcia.

La Manga club has 24 hour security and is extremely safe so ideal for families.
