Located in the prestigious La Capellania area just 2 kilometres west of the old white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo, La Vista has everything for the perfect family holiday. The villa enjoys a quiet location with its own private parking but is just 250 metres to the shopping centre and buzzing hub of activity (therefore no car is necessary). There you will find a Carrefour supermarket, numerous restaurants including, Italian pizza pasta, Indian, a brand new international restaurant, a fabulous bistro bar as well as an upmarket wine bar serving tapas dishes & delicious cheeses. During the summer months there is usually live music 3 nights weekly. There are also a couple of excellent coffee/snack bars a newsagents, pharmacy, hairdressers & dentist.
5 minutes bus or taxi ride will take you into the beautiful white village of Benalmadena pueblo where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment. Many festivals take place sporting very colourful processions, an annual Fiesta week including a fair and live entertainment and a Moroccan market.

The wide sandy Kalifato beach offering sun beds, water sports for all ages & a wide variety of restaurants and chill out bars serving the best paella & sangria in the area is just a few minutes taxi ride.

The local bus runs every 20 minutes, it will take you to Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo da La Miel, Benalmadena Costa and onto Torremolinos for just a few euros. There is also a twice daily service into Malaga.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower room and even a sauna! There is a spacious living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher. For your comfort super quiet Panasonic air conditioning has been installed throughout. In addition there is fast fibre optic internet and multinational television.
The garden with its lemon and kumquat trees is maintained to perfection as is the 10-metre pool. If you like a barbie there is a purpose-built barbecue. There is a shaded terrace which looks on to the gardens and over the Bay of Fuengirola. This view is absolutely magnificent and you will never tire of it. All in all, Villa La Vista is a perfect home from home.
