Villa Davella is a lovely detached secluded villa with its own private solar panel heated swimming pool situated in large well-tended colourful gardens. Quiet and peaceful but only a 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport and a10 minute drive from the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero Marina. For supermarkets, restaurants and bars the village of Tias with its Golf Course are also close by.
There are three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 but would be most comfortable with a maximum of 4 adults.
There is a large Eurospar supermarket a 5 minute drive from the villa.
A car is essential for this hillside location in La Asomada near Macher
We have Complimentary Internet WiFi available at the villa.
Please note we will not be held responsible for any financial loss due to any temporary failure of the WiFi internet connection. Problems are very rare and usually dealt with quickly by our management and our contract provider.
The swimming pool is very inviting with comfortable sunbeds to relax on the terrace.
Wind down awnings around the front door area have created another lovely, secluded area to enjoy a relaxing drink or alfresco meal - barbecue or breakfast.
There is a stainless-steel built-in Barbecue by the pool.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have traditional pine wardrobes and furniture. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have ceiling fans and hairdryers.
All bedrooms have windows with built in mosquito/fly nets.
All the beds in the villa are of good quality and comfort.
The master bedroom has a double bed and has en-suite with large double shower, WC and sink and vanity unit and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Family Bathroom has bath with shower over, sink and vanity unit, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.
Kitchen
The large well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite worktops, electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven. Toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine and is great for gourmet meals or just a quick snack.
Utility Area
There is an outside utility/drying area with washing machine, ironing board, iron and washing lines.
Living Room
The bright open plan living and dining area has a 32" flat screen LED television. We have all the UK TV stations - BBC/ITV/Channels 4 and 5 and more. There is a DVD/blu-ray player and CD/radio cassette stereo system which has a mini stereo socket for your own MP3 player.
Cleaning/towels/linen
We provide the linen, towels, pillows and pool towels. There is a weekly linen and towel change.
The villa enjoys a spacious south facing terrace with patio furniture, sun beds and barbecue.
The 25ft, fresh water solar panel heated swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly with chemicals carefully monitored to maintain safe hygiene levels.
Extra electric heating can be arranged for an extra weekly charge.
Pool depth is approx 1.20 metres at the shallow end and 1.50 metres at the deep end.
