We’ve been visiting the area for years, this was our 14th holiday here and this villa was the best we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. We always try to stay in the Formosa Gardens community because it’s so ideal for restaurants, shops like Target and the Disney parks are really close (Animal Kingdom is around 5 mins so easy to pop there for a quick visit) and the area feels really safe. The properties here tend to be on big plots and as such there are not as many available as on the more packed communities, so we were lucky to find this one for our late booking. Just a few of the details that set this one apart: exceptionally clean both inside and out, gorgeous outside space which was very private with lovely views, really well stocked kitchen/laundry/towels-probably the best stocked villa we’ve stayed in and Pat even supplied some essentials to start us off. The rooms were beautifully arranged and you could tell that a lot of love and consideration has gone into what guests might like. I didn’t have any need to contact the management company but if I did, there was plenty of info in the villa to help me. Brilliant communication from Pat prior to our stay too. Hoping we visit again soon and Pat’s villas will be the first places I look to book again!
This is our 3rd stay at Lake Sunrise and we had a fantastic experience as always. The house is in an excellent location, close to lots of shops and restaurants and just a short drive to the lovely Margaritaville Resort and a short drive to theme parks. The house has undergone some upgrades since our last visit, in particular the games room which was great. We really enjoyed our time around the home and would spend much of our time by the pool taking in the beautiful views across the lake. The new seating area next to the pool is so comfortable. Our whole experience dealing with Pat prior and during our 3 week visit was made so easy and Pat is a delight to deal with. We had a few questions during our stay and Sharon was always on hand to help with everything we needed. The house is beautiful and clean and Formosa Gardens is a great location. I highly recommended!
Lovely home, accommodated 10 of us with no problem, well equipped,spotlessly clean and lovely lay out. The view from the pool of the lake and sun rise in the morning was such a treat. Location is excellent for the park's,and close to the i4 for easy access. We would recommend this villa without any hesitate and dealing with Pat is reassuringly straight forward. Vacationed at Lake Sunrise Formosa Gardens for four weeks. This house is amazing. Amazingly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone you encounter is very pleasant and accommodating. Pat and Sharon are wonderful to deal with. This is a top-notch rental. Love this community. You will not be disappointed. Will be back.
Another fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The recent upgrades are great and bring that extra bit of luxury to the villa. The booking process was straightforward and Pat made everything so easy for us. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and we are already looking forward to our next stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is obvious the owners care about the house. Very clean and it was well stocked with towels etc. we love the pool area. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept, gated and convenient. We highly recommend this home.
