Welcome to our beautiful refurbished luxury Fairway View villa with amazing private pool and views over the golf course of Highlands Reserve, around 20 minutes to Disney. Up to 10 people can enjoy their dream vacation in our very special 5-bedroom, 3.5 Bath home. Relax in your private retreat and experience Florida outdoor living on our huge south facing pool deck area. Enjoy your own recreational facilities - Outdoor Ping pong table, air conditioned game room and golf on your doorstep- our smart TV's are equipped with Roku to enjoy hundreds of channels, Fast Secure wireless internet is included if you need to work or educate from your home. Stay close to the action and enjoy peace and relaxation in your home away from home, close to shops and restaurants.
Our comfortable home, set on a large cul de sac lot providing privacy, peace and tranquillity, is spacious and beautifully appointed. A very popular vacation home enjoyed by many return guests - We have recently finished a complete redecoration with new furniture and décor inside and out, plus a new game room.
Access to our home is by keyless coded entry. On arrival into the large open entry with high ceilings, the feeling of light and space welcomes you to your home away from home. Opening to the formal dining and one of two living areas, your eyes will be drawn to the view across the pool to the golf course beyond – the Wow starts now!
Outside the pool deck is very large at around 60 feet wide it is exceptional and rare in most vacation homes. Enjoy 180 degree views to the South and West over the course –the covered lanai, with fans to keep you cool, is a great place to relax, there is plenty of comfortable seating and loungers for sunbathing - the amazing sunsets are not to be missed!
Your private large lagoon pool with shallow sitting section at one end, can be heated on request, the in ground Jacuzzi spa with great views will take away the stresses and strains of a busy day. Newly installed handrails allow for easy access into the pool and spa.
Grilling is a pleasure on the large infrared gas barbeque -included in your rate – it will keep even the most dedicated of cooks happy! The adjacent dining table allows for alfresco dining by day, under the electric awning to give shade from the sun, or by night when the LED lights make for a magical dining experience.
If you fancy a bit of outdoor fun, then the new ping pong table is sure to be a great hit!
The inside is spacious, light and comfortable, with everything you need for your perfect stay. The first of two living rooms is by the entryway - here you can sit on our super comfy sofas, watch TV, or relax gazing at the view, chatting over the day’s events with a drink. The adjacent formal dining area allows gathering for mealtimes, or makes a wonderful games or work space.
To the right is the second living area - a large open plan family room with kitchen and dining nook. This room enjoys wonderful views of the outside space. With high ceilings, and lots of light from the two patio doors and nook window, the whole group can enjoy their time together.
The kitchen, newly finished, with quartz countertops and large island with counter seating, is spacious and has everything you need to cook a family meal or a snack - plenty of Dinnerware for indoor and outdoor use, lots of cookware and glasses. There is a large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, filter and coffee pod machines.
The dining nook is ideal to grab a snack, or enjoy a games night.
Leather reclining sofas in the living area and the large TV is perfect for Movie Night.
A great night’ sleep is just what you need after a busy day - our beds are very comfortable - with luxury bedlinen. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and pool towels are provided too.
The 5 bedrooms, comprising of 2 kings, 1 twin and 2 rooms which can be set up as twin bedded rooms or King Rooms. Bedrooms are located in two wings of the house.
To the left of the entrance is the very large Master King room. This spacious room decorated in Island style, with a seating area, has windows to two sides, one looking out to the pool and view beyond, a door leads out to the pool area. Walk through the dressing area with walk in closet into the large master bathroom, with walk in shower, dual vanities, large soaker tub and separate toilet.
Off the hallway on this side of the house is the twin bedroom. Decorated in a light bright theme to suit all ages - this room is adjacent to the half bath with basin and toilet.
At the other side of the house are the remaining 3 bedrooms.
To the rear, via a small lobby off the family room, is the 2nd King room. A cosy brightly decorated room with large wardrobe -this room has an adjacent bathroom with walk in shower - from the lobby is a door to the pool area.
The next two rooms are off the entry living area to the right - two bedrooms share the Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity, and lock off toilet and bathtub with shower over. Both these rooms offer flexible bed set ups. They can be either set as King Rooms or as Twin rooms to suit your group. Both are decorated in a light seashore theme, with feature wood planked wall.
All bedrooms have smart TV’s, hairdryers, extra pillows and blankets.
The newly installed Game room is sure to be a hit with everyone. Air conditioning allows you to spend time enjoying the pool table, air hockey, or darts.
There is a large laundry room for your use with washer, drier and sink to clean the golfing gear or doggies. The large cupboard houses the ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The facilities of the community are there to enjoy. There is a community pool ideal for length swimming!, tennis, children's play area and of course the Highlands Reserve golf course and driving range is right on the community.
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keep our home in immaculate condition and are on hand should the need arise.
For the little ones we have a baby crib and high chair (2nd available)
All doors to our pool area are alarmed.
When comparing prices - Please note the price for the week INCLUDES nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights.

Optional Extras - if required Pool and spa heat $40 per night or spa only in warmer months available $25 per night..
Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is an easy 15 minutes to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld and about 35 to Universal depending on traffic.
Disney is accessible without using the I4 so avoiding the heavy traffic at peak times, Berry Town Centre shops with supermarket, bars, restaurants is just a few minutes away and you can even walk in around 10-15 minutes.
Posner Park shopping Mall area is about 10 minutes away and there you can find many newly arriving stores such as Cheesecake Factory, Chipotle and more - to add to the established stores such as Target and JC Penny.
