Two pairs of French doors lead from the living / dining area to a large private terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings with lovely countryside views.
In the basement there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The location of Villa Ponente is perfect: quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance (750m) to the attractive and popular yachting harbour of Agia Efimia with its excellent amenities: waterside cafes and bars, friendly tavernas, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, a good butcher also offering delicious local cheese specialities, boat and car rental, diving school and delightful small pebble beaches and coves, ideal for snorkelling in crystal clear waters. A car is only necessary for exploring the island, which is also worthwhile.
