modern 2 bedroom villa with private pool, large mature private garden with many trees and shrubs. the villa is rural and very private and peaceful but still only 15 minutes by car from the capital, beaches and supermarkets.It enjoys mountain views and a very quiet location.The nearest beach is Saint Thomas which is less than 10 minutes by car. There is a local restaurant a 5 minute walk and a small shop about 8 minutes walk which sells basics and alcohol beverages. we are fortunate in having a very good restaurant about 7 minutes by car. There are 3 major supermarkets less than 10 minutes by car, and Argostoli is about 15 minutes by car.Kefalonia is definitely one of the best holiday destinations and Villa Grace is perfectly located to enjoy its beauty.
