Piedra villa is located at the spiritual heart of Kefalonia, close to the Monastery of Agios (St) Gerasimos the Patron Saint of the island.
It consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests in a spacious 250m2 with 4 bedrooms (king size beds) and 3 bathrooms. An extra guest can be added in a folding bed in one of the bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find the main living area consisting of a cozy living room with a charming fireplace, a pool table, a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a big flat screen TV.
From here, large windows open onto the beautiful outdoor covered terrace equipped with a large outdoor dining area inviting you to enjoy your meals in the refreshing mountain breeze.
The dining area features a wooden dining table and is filled with natural light thanks to a big window by the table and a wine bar. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. On this floor there is a spacious bedroom with a baby cot and two bathrooms with shower.
From the dining area, a staircase leads up to the second level, where you will find three double bedrooms, individually styled and decorated, equipped with queen size beds (one of them has also a single bed for a child) and all featuring their own private balcony with wonderful views. On this level you’ll also find a second spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
A few meters from the swimming pool, there is a fully equipped 60m2 gym with two en-suite bathrooms where you will find all the necessary and the top quality fitness equipment.
The outdoor space consists of 7000m2 of colourful gardens, cobble stoned walkways, a covered outdoor patio dining area and a 12mx5m private pool with relaxing sun beds, sofas, loungers and hammock. There is an outdoor covered kitchen with BBQ , an open-air space, playground, where children can play in safety and a 25m2 Private Chapel where you can organize your wedding, baptism, parties or any other special event!

Piedra Villa is in the village Troianata, Kefalonia, an ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, but is still very close to all the points of interest, beauties and attractions of the island and the city centre, Argostoli. Having secured a rental car, everything is within short distance, and of course the sea; the closest beach to Karavados is 6km, less than 10 minutes driving.
The area has many good restaurants, the nearest is just 1 kilometer from the villa.
