We stayed forv9 days and loved every minute. Very comfy beds, well equipped inside, loads of outside space, fantastic sunrises and all day views, swallows and swifts drinking from pool, lovely big pool, super quiet too. local tavernas had superb food and hospitality, Ted was on WhatsApp whenever we needed him, and the guys on the ground fixed pool light timers straight away. Very clean and well appointed. Teds binoculars were a great hit too! It’s not too far up the hill side from all the beaches only 10 min by car. Perithera old town just up the road is brilliant and if you feel up for it you can walk to the local cave in half hour. Overall one of the best villas we have stayed in, best view, lovely local tavernas, great villa and thank you Ted and Lynn for all your advice. Highly recommended You won’t be disappointed
From the moment you walk in it feels like home , the Villa is stunning with a Mumma Mia vibe with the outside stonework, gardens and the blue shutters. Owners have thought of everything that you need to stay here, the villa is well equipped with absoutley everything you could possibly need and more. Beds are comfortable and the villa is spacious. The owners are very helpful and commincation was great, they have left plenty of information for your holiday if you want to explore Corfu and local villages . There is plenty to do Lets not forget the Glorious Infinity Pool WOW ! STUNNING ! and the views never disappoint with stunning sunrises, sunsets, and views across the Ionian Sea to Albania. All bedrooms have ensuits, with good water pressure and constant hot water, although I often enjoyed a refreshing early morning poolside shower for an envigorating spa like magic moment ..talking of magic moments we had so many magic ones as a family of four at this villa that I cant possibly list them all , this holiday will stay in our memories forever and has been one of the BEST! - as I'm typing this review I'm dreaming of returning soon The Downstairs Bathroom was a bonus during the day and the villa also has a well equipped utilty room There are plenty of supermarkets just a short drive away, with lovely local beaches to explore and plenty of restaurants in the nearby towns and villages The Villa is in a peaceful area and feels very safe and secure, some evenings we stayed in and used the BBQ area with meats purchased from the local Butchers - again very well equipped and an abundance of space Thank you to Ted and Lynn for such a truly wonderful holiday !
Amazing views across the Ionian Sea & Albania. Infinity pool was beautifully clean & perfect temperature. Villa was spacious, with absolutely everything in it that you could possibly need, plus some lovely extras, such as the huge binoculars which we used daily to spy on the passing flotilla. Beds were comfortable, all bathrooms had amazing showers. Very quiet peaceful location, great place to unwind. A car is essential. Great location to visit different beaches, but to be honest you'll just want to sit by that pool.
July 2023 - Wow what a view – so much better than the photos. Fantastic Infinity pool. Kitchen and Utility rooms are great with every facility we needed. We really appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in every room and on top of that two of the bedrooms have uninterrupted views of the sea over to Albania – such a wonderful location. Would love to return in the future.

The villa was perfect! The kitchen and utility room were very well-appointed; air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms was brilliant to have; beds were very comfortable; it was lovely that each bedroom was an ensuite, and the downstairs bathroom was great for during the day; the change of linens and whole-villa clean half way through our stay was a wonderful service; barbecue was a lovely thing to have access to; the pool was great and we used it most of the day every day; the space around the pool and the loungers were great-it was like being in a private exclusive hotel; the dining room and living room were great-comfortable, spacious and homely. The whole villa felt safe and secure, and the safe was a great addition; it was lovely and peaceful at the villa; the view of the mountains was breath-taking; the location was great for us-a few minutes' drive from shops and beaches, but peaceful and quiet at the villa. We loved it and there is not one thing we would change. Thank you Ted and Lynn for a perfect holiday xxx
The fact that we have returned again and again to this wonderful place really says it all. The location is indeed truly stunning, with amazing views, peace, far enough away from yet proximity to all sorts of amenities, wonderful infinity pool, comfortable furnishing and facilities - everything we've needed for fabulous family holidays (even though the kids are now independent). Ted and Lynn are wonderfully easy to deal with - we're so grateful to have been able to share the place. Do we want to return? Yes. Will we? Probably!
