Villa Mia is situated in the heart of Kassiopi, with a short 5 minute walk into the bustling village, with a beautiful variety of tavernas, bars, gift shops and boutiques. With stunning views the picturesque harbour is still used by the local fishermen to land their daily catch. Villa Mia will host up to 8 people in the 4 double bedrooms all having an en-suite facility. As you enter the villa you walk into a spacious open plan living area comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. This level also houses the master bedroom which has double doors leading onto the spacious front patio which is a beautiful setting to sit with a morning coffee and wine at sunset. Upstairs houses a further two bedrooms both with en-suites and access to a balcony with stunning views of the coastline. The lower ground floor houses the fourth large double bedroom with private bathroom. This floor also has a small sitting area. The villa boasts sitting areas to both the front and back which is perfect for outdoor living. The private swimming pool is located at the rear of the property which also has a built in BBQ and large dining area. The villa is fully air conditioned, access to laundry facilities, free WIFI and off-street parking. 2 travel-cots and a highchair are available on request.
