Located just 2 minutes drive from the nearby beaches in Karsiyaka, near Lapta. This beautiful characterful Bungalow offers 3 Double bedrooms, all with en-suites, set in peaceful surroundings, with breath-taking views. You can enjoy the tranquillity of North Cyprus, from this elevated position, taking in breath-taking panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea, all totally unobstructed.

The property is full of Cypriot character, featuring high vaulted ceilings and traditional wooden beams.
There are 'Air Conditioning' Units fitted to every room, providing comfort with both cold and warm air.

For the Winter months there is Central Heating, with radiators in all rooms and an open Fire Place in the main lounge area. Also, the Air Conditioning units can be set to 'heat' providing instant warmth.

The property is approached via private gates, leading up to a very large driveway. There's extensive grounds outside include beautiful mature palm trees that are lit up green at night, allowing you to enjoy a drink or two while watching the sunset from the patio around the swimming pool or the arched veranda. There's also mature gardens to the side of the property, including a beautiful lemon tree, offering abundant fruit throughout the year.

There are many small secluded beaches , with crystal clear blue sea, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. There’s also a protected local beach where green turtles lay eggs in late spring and early summer; hatchlings may emerge in August–September, with local volunteers helping to protect nests.

Karsiyaka has a number of excellent restaurants which are all located approximately a 5 minute drive away.
