This stunning 5* six bedroom luxury villa standing in private walled grounds is the epitomy of luxury. This is a one in a million architect designed villa with unparelleled views over Kalamar Bay. With infinity pool, huge terrace this villa is all you could dream of for your holiday in the sun.Many extras including, free WiFi throughout the villa, 6 HD flat screen TV’s 3 with FULL Sky TV packages (1 in the living room & 2 in the master bedrooms) another 2 double bedrooms wIth flat screen smart TV’s.
Infinity swimming pool 8m x 5m x 1.5m, no unusable deep end perfect for having fun & games in the pool.. Private parking for 4 cars. Wireless alarm. Travel cots, highchair, bouncy chair, baby monitors, bottle steriliser, plastic cups, plates & cutlery & bed guard (all free to use) Fans in ALL bedrooms, living room & games. room. Air conditioning in all rooms.
There is also a downstairs family shower room/W.C.

The huge pool terrace has stunning uninterrupted sea and Mountain View’s. 12 sun loungers with tables, a 2m circular marble table with 12 chairs for outside dining. Beautiful stone built BBQ. There are 3 separate seating areas ensuring that everyone can find a little place to sit in peace & comfort. Plus a Turkish love pod, swing chair & 5 parasols (2 are 4m x 4m) so plenty of shade. Mature garden with 3 Lemon trees, please help yourself.
Pool, beach & bath towels supplied.
There is a fully equipped utility room with, drinks fridge, ice making machine, large sink, washing machine and all the normal cleaning equipment like Hoover, mop & bucket etc.
We supply the following free of charge….. washing powder, fabric conditioner, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper kitchen towels, olive oil hand cream, hand soap &wet wipes.
There are 3 cold water dispensers, 1 in the living room, 1 on the 1st floor landing & 1 on the roof terrace. We supply 5 No 19L water bottles FoC, 3 for the water dispensers, 1 for the ice making machine & 1 for making tea, coffee etc. When empty if you require more these need to be replaced by our guests
Fully fitted kitchen with all your normal white goods including, dishwasher, 5 ring electric hob, extra large electric oven, fridge & freezer, Tassimo coffee machine & microwave
There is a fully equipped games room with darts, pool / snooker table, air hockey, table football, arcade basketball machine, table tennis, 65” flat screen TV & play station. There is also an outdoor basketball hoop and 3 basketball's.
The fully equipped gym has the following equipment, running machine with incline, vibration belt and digital readout screen, rowing machine with digital readout screen, exercise bike with digital readout screen, weight lifting bench, free weights, dumbbells, punch bag (bring your own gloves and mittens), 8kg & 12kg kettle bell, 8kg & 12kg slam balls, Yoga mats, wi,fi, air con, JBL Bluetooth wireless speaker, cold water dispenser, blinds on all windows & doors, sun reflecting glass and finally stunning unobstructed sea views while you workout ️
The villa has a Very large living room with a 65” flat screen TV with an amazing soundbar and lots of high quality seating areas. Floor to ceiling bi-fold doors to to let the outside in and the inside out. All bedrooms also have bi-fold doors.
All bedrooms and the living room have USB ports
There are 2 very powerful JBL Bluetooth wireless speakers in the living room that can be positioned anywhere so you can have music wherever you want.
For your security and pleasure there is a unmovable safe, wireless alarm, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, kitchen fire blanket & CCTV
We have an extensive selection of books to read and an abundance (loads & loads) of board games etc to play
We offer lots of free (ie: you pay locally but we don’t charge any commission) of charge services, including, airport transfer's, visiting chef, visiting masseur, visiting hairdresser, day trips, boat trips, restaurant bookings, sax player and DJ (they come as a pair and have proved to be one of our most booked services, more info on request) If you are celebrating a special occasion or have any special requirements please let us know in advance so we can accommodate. We also offer a free shopping service. This is how it works. You send me your shopping list (it can be as big as you want it to be) a couple of days before you arrive and I’ll make sure it’s all delivered and put away (cold drinks on arrival = bliss) prior to your arrival. The shopper (we use a local family run supermarket) will call up for payment a couple of days after you arrive. The supermarket is called Can Can (pronounced Jan Jan) also offers a free delivery service you just WhatsApp them your shopping requirements and they will deliver to the villa FoC

By emma m on 09-Feb-2025I booked this villa last April 2015 for 3 weeks this July for a celebratory occasion and wanted somewhere truly special with the wow factor for close family and friends to enjoy and share and this villa didn't disappoint at any stage of our stay.We spent many days lazying by the pool as the villa was too beautiful to leave and on the days we were dragged away it was only to the Kalamar beach club down the road . At night we enjoyed the mixed and varied bars and restaurants Kalkan has to offer. Peter and Mary have a beautiful villa which you will not wish to leave . Even after 3 weeks I was truly sad to come home. I have been to Turkey for 7 years now and to Kalkan on 3 previous occasions. The same old friendly faces are still there and they remember you and greet you as long lost friends . They are experiencing a real down turn in tourism which is really sad (and unwarranted as it is so far removed from the troubles elsewhere in the country ) as their livelihood depends on it but the Turks remain upbeat and positive and compensate by providing great hospitality and service , friendliness and value for money. Tip. Jawad is a great chef and does awesome meals at the villa . We had 3 for each week and particularly enjoyed his curries. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this fantastic villa and thank you to Peter and Mary for their attentiveness throughout our stay. In the same way the Turks want your holiday to be the best experience ever so do they.
Simply the best
By Angeal 57_11 on 01-Sep-2024This villa is absolutely beautiful. We were a family of 10 people including 4 teenagers. There was plenty of room for us all with bedroom options, the lounge is spacious and comfortable. The games room equipped with so many different things to do, pool, air hockey, darts, basketball, table tennis etc. both adults and kids were occupied and having fun. The well equipped gym was also a big hit. There is ample space for chilling on sun beds or sofas in the sun or under one of the many umbrellas. The outside area with tables, bbq and various seating areas means you can slope away for a quiet moment if needed. The roof terrace was beautiful and spacious with stunning sea views. The care and attention that has been taken equipping this villa is outstanding and it was beautifully clean. The owners are the nicest of people and cannot do enough to help you have an amazing holiday. I can’t rate this villa highly enough. Thank you.
Stunning villa, magical holiday

Peter and Mary are excellent hosts and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them – from organising airport transport to booking a chef to cook dinner one evening and organising all our shopping to be delivered and stored in fridge prior to our arrival. The villa is so well-equipped it has everything you could possibly need for a large group, and probably stuff you didn’t realise you needed! We had a 3-month-old baby with us and everything was provided. We thought we might have been restricted going to restaurants as so many are on roof-top terraces, but we were welcomed with open arms everywhere we went. The villa and terraces are spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated with every room having stunning sea views. I can highly recommend Chef Kazim who cooked a delicious 3-course menu for us one evening and there was plenty leftovers for lunch the next day. Deniz, from Can Can supermarket, delivered our food and wine order and could not have been more helpful through the week when we needed more supplies. A real treat was having fresh bread delivered every morning too. There’s a Carrefour a few minutes walk from the villa, and the walk into town was a pleasant downhill walk, but we always got a taxi back, very reasonably priced too. The Kitchen Restaurant is only a short walk from the villa and the food and service was excellent. You’re spoilt for choice for restaurants in the town but we particularly like Aro, the Blue Terrace and Gusto and the Lighthouse for cocktails in the marina. On our last day Peter kindly booked us into the Indigo Beach Club as we had a late flight and our transport picked us up from there for the airport. Peter even supplied beach towels for showering. We really struck lucky with this villa and cannot praise our hosts enough. Thank you!
Perfect holiday at Kalamar Dream
By Georgia T on 01-Aug-2024Back to reality after a fantastic holiday in Villa Kalamar Dream. From the minute we booked, Peter went above and beyond to ensure we were fully informed on all aspects of the villa, and activities we could do in Kalkan. I felt like we were completely looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is as perfect as the photographs show. The views are spectacular, the rooms are a perfect size and fully equipped, and the en-suite bathrooms all look brand new. The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, (although my mum said an Air Fryer would be a good addition) we used the sandwich press every day to make toasties and the filter coffee machine too! Peter kindly arranged shopping to delivered to the villa before we arrived, and also ordered us a take away on the first night too. Deniz (the friendly supermarket guy) came 3 days later to take payment, nothing was too much trouble for him too, just send him a WhatsApp with your list, and it would be delivered within an hour, and with a card machine to pay too. We met Nevzat, the maintenance man who delivered bread every day. I told Peter about a broken toilet seat on arrival and he was there within the hour to fix it. Such a lovely guy. One day we had an issue with one of the air conditioning units, and again someone came to fix it within 30 minutes! Fantastic service. The pool area and outside seating areas are amazing, lots of space and lots of options to avoid or find the sun depending on your preference. We went on one boat trip booked by Peter, Kalamaki boat which was great. We went on another we organised ourselves, Maya, again so relaxing and such a great experience. Really good value too as it includes a lovely meal, and drinks are cheap to buy onboard too. On Peter’s recommendation, we booked the private chef to come to the villa. He came at 2.30 in the afternoon and dinner was served at 8pm, he was so lovely and the food was delicious. It was our first visit to Kalkan (although a few had been before) we fell in love with it. The town is beautiful, and the restaurants and rooftop bars are some of the best we’ve experienced on holiday. The food in every restaurant was outstanding, we ate fillet steaks, fish and Lamb dishes every night. It’s not cheap but the standard of food you get every time is worth every penny. Our favourites were: Mussakka Luna Baharat Salt and Pepper Kalamaki We also ate in: Doy Doy Aure Captan These were also great, but the previous ones were our favourites. We also really enjoyed Zircus bar (great for people watching at the end of each night and some great live music too) We also loved Mojito and Chocolate nightclubs one night too. Both great. We celebrated a 51st wedding anniversary, and a 20th wedding Anniversary while we were there, and each time the restaurants made a huge fuss with sparklers etc which made it really special. We had a really special day at Kalkan beach park, absolutely beautiful, we had 2 cabanas right on the end of the sea, lovely food and cocktails all day, as well as some water sports, special treat at the end when a DJ came on, well worth a visit! Also had another day at Indigo Beach Park for our last day (arranged by Peter before our transfer to the hotel) again lovely relaxed vibe, lovely food and the perfect way to end our holiday. Kalkan is so pretty, and we soon got used to the hills! Glad we left the heels at home as there is no way we would have taken them out of the suitcase. We walked to the supermarket a couple of times. Although that is as far as we walked. Taxis were really cheap and came within 5 minutes, so why bother. what amazed us is at the end of the night, whatever taxi you got into knew exactly where the villa was. All in all a fantastic holiday. The villa and Kalkan were simply brilliant ….and made even better by our impeccable hosts Peter and Mary. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Beautiful, clean, modern. Everything you could want

It’s got everything in the Villa that you could need (which I find most don’t have the utensils you need) The hosts are great and accommodating. They offered services before you arrive like doing the food shop l, so your all stocked up. Fresh bread is delivered daily. I cant wait to rebook this Villa as it’s truly is a dream.
Perfection in everyday
By Judith Duffy on 16-Jun-2024As always Kalamar Dream is living the dream…. Wow Peter and Mary are truly exceptional hosts and give you nothing but the best. We have stayed several times now as an extended family with 3 generations. The villa itself is home from home. Has everything you need and more… every time we come back we are wowed again as constantly getting upgrades added. Beautiful master suite on top floor, now has a gym room. Out favourite is the outdoor space and view. A great round large table, Perfect for sitting having a meal with family and we also use it at night for drinks. Very sociable seating. The pool is fantastic, good wide steps into the pool, great for the less mobile. What a view, never seen such a beautiful view (apart from home) Will definately be returning Thankyou Peter and Mary for sharing your gorgeous villa with us once again x
