We had THE most relaxing stay at the absolutely stunning Villa Astriana! The house was absolutely beautiful with the most incredible views and was completely immaculate in every way There were a total of 7 of us staying at the house and although there was plenty to do in Kalamata, we rarely left the villa during our weeks stay- we were way too relaxed and the children were more than content in the swimming pool Lana and her family were the most helpful hosts, with incredible communication right from the beginning! We cannot thank you enough for our wonderful stay at your incredible home and we can’t wait to return again in the future
This is our second time at Villa Astriana and I’m sure it won’t be our last in this beautiful villa. We were so relaxed from the moment we arrived. The peace and tranquility surrounding us was breathtaking. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. Sitting with a glass of wine in the evening feeling so content is what holidays are all about. Villa Astriana delivers all of this and more. The local tavernas are wonderful with a very chilled out vibe. Dress up or dress down either is acceptable with people coming off the beach at night to enjoy wonderful food and drink with friends. For us, it was like going back in time without all the hustle and bustle from restaurants trying to drag you in. We all loved it. It’s now our special place away from it all. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived at the Villa we were blown away by the whole place, everything was thought of to make our holiday extra special, we would most certainly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else to stay, it really was one of the best holidays we have had as a family
A lovely Villa that’s very well planned and comfortable. Set in an ideal tranquil location, but not far from the beaches, tavernas and other amenities . The Villa itself is spacious, bright and airy, well equipped and with attractive views from every angle. We all really enjoyed our stay here.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Kalamata, and more specifically, Villa Astriana was a dream! The villa itself is absolutely stunning, so clean, modern and spacious and the local area was gorgeous. We hired a car and visited some of the recommended places in the surrounding areas and every place was better than the last! The communication with Allison and the Villa Astriana team before our holiday was excellent and Nicola, the housekeeper, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect- even checking in on us where there was a localised powercut. The pool and gardens at the villa were beautiful, so well kept and the views are to die for. My only regret was only booking one week and not two! We will definitely be visiting again!
