The Villa is very clean. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. Wi-Fi is a bonus. The garden and pool area is maintained really well. The lovely pagoda with shade was great for us as we don’t tend to sit in the sun all day. We loved the villa.
The villa is perfect, we are a family of 4 and had lots of space. Its in a good location easy to drive to beach and shops. The outside space is gorgeous good size swimming pool and the villa is clean, nice to have no washing as all done there. The owners are great and always respons quickly to any queries. I would rent this property again and highly recommend the stay at this villa.
We had a wonderful family holiday 15th to 30th August. The photos do not do the villa justice. It was in a great location with lovely views from the garden. The swimming pool was bigger than we thought and clean and well maintained. It was really nice to have the lawn as most villas have so much concrete and the trees and plants were great. The BBQ area was fantastic with all sorts of equipment and bigger enough to have two men cooking at the same time. The garden also has separate sitting areas depending on the time of the day and as the sun goes round. As it was quite hot while we were there is was a real bonus. We loved everything about this villa, it had everything you could want. We would certainly recommend and would like to go back as it was one of the best villas we have ever been to.
Casa Louisa is a really well equipped and comfortable Villa for anyone wanting to visit and explore Javea. The temperature during our stay was over 20 degrees at night so we were very grateful for the air conditioning. During the day, we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful plot that Casa Louisa is situated on. The pool and variety of outdoor areas to relax in, were excellent. The BBQ and Paella gas burner were great and got lots of use. A range of games, books, toys and inflatables kept us all busy. Communication with the owner from booking until we returned home was excellent, any queries, quickly responded to. We had a lovely time.
We had an amazing time at Casa Louisa. The hosts were great at communicating and the villa was spotless when we got there. Everything was available for us and our week was well catered for. The pool was lovely and the gardens were lovely to chill in. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the lounge, which was the only little thing we found an issue as it was really humid and the mosquitos were rife, we had a normal desk fan but air conditioning or a ceiling fan would have been really welcomed. I don’t want to take away the fact though that Paula and Richard thought of everything else though and it made our holiday amazing in gorgeous Javea.
We booked ten days at Casa Louisa and from the moment we opened the door into the Villa, we were not disappointed! With a welcoming note from the owners, Richard & Paula, along with a complimentary bottle of bubbly, which was such a pleasant surprise, we were in love with the villa from day 1! The villa was clean, very spacious and homely with everything we could possibly want during our stay, from towels for the bathroom and separate ones for the beach (such godsend to not have pack our own, taking up lots of extra room in the suitcases!) and the washing machine, to the Barbecue with the extra gas canisters ready for us and even board games and play items for the garden and pool (like inflatables). I'll also make mention the super fast Fibre internet into the villa with he free wifi! - Great for enjoying films on evenings we decided to have 'at home' delivered through the smart TV in the lounge. With 4 adults, in two couples, there was so much room available as the Villa has beds and very comfortable seating for 6 indoors and outdoor seating for up to 10, across two garden tables. Javea (Xabia in the local Valenciano dialect noted on signs and in maps), is a very short 5-7 minute drive away with a Consum and a MasYMas supermarket just a few minutes walk away (with such a great selection of food and general items available). There are two main beaches in Javea, one very white sand, like an oasis and in a horseshoe shape, and in the old town a pebble-type beach with a sandy end. Although the 'oasis' type beach is closer than the other one, both are very close to get to and WELL worth the visits. Restaurants are a plenty and serve great food with good customer service. All in all, for us, we really had the best holiday any of us have ever had and we genuinely put so much of that down to how comfy Casa Louisa was as our home for our holiday. No one enjoys themselves if they don't sleep well and relax and we can say that we definitely were able to relax! A special note to mention the fabulous Pinosol park just around the corner (literally!) and the cafe/bar 'Kiosko Pinosol' with its fab Spanish food menu! Well worth the 1 minute walk from Casa Louisa. We can't wait to return to Casa Louisa next year and have started to plan our return already!
