• Living and Dining Area: The open-plan dining and living space includes a 65-inch Smart TV (streaming services only, you need to put in your details, no regional or international channels), perfect for relaxing evenings.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern amenities include a microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The kitchen and lounge provide access to the morning terrace, offering partial seaviews.

For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist accommodation - Tourist contract.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).
