We had a wonderful week in Las Pinas. The villa is bright and modern with so many places to eat or relax. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time during the day relaxing round the gorgeous pool but did a bit of exploring locally. Javea and Arenal beach were reachable by car (it was too hot to walk!) and there were plenty of supermarkets in the area. Cala Blanca beach is about 20 minutes stroll away and is lovely to visit early in the morning. We also booked a kayak trip to Cala Tango which was great value and good fun. We drove to Arenal in the evenings for food as there is so much choice but we had a really lovely meal at the Oasis restaurant at the bottom of the hill which was was walkable. The owners and management are very easy to contact and very responsive. Directions were very clear and the journey was just over an hour from Alicante. Would definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic stay at your Villa, thank you very much.
“Las Pinas is a fantastic villa with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in the beautiful town of Javea. The villa is modern and comfortable amd you are spoilt for choice with the outdoor spaces. Sitting out on the balcony for breakfast with views down to the sea was a wonderful way to start the day. The pool area is such a treat with a variety of seating options for you to relax on. The villa is kept cool with air-conditioning which is a welcome respite from the Spanish sun. The villa feels like an oasis away from the restaurants and bars of Javea although it only takes 20 mins to walk into town or 5 mins in a taxi. Javea itself has a fabulous choice of restaurants, bars and shops. As soon as you open the door at Las Pinas it is clear the owners have thought of everything and their attention to detail is obvious. Can''t wait to go back!”
“We stayed at Las Pinas, situated in the lovely town of Javea end of August for a week, 2 Adults, 1 child age 10. Took us just over an hour from Alicante airport in hire car, easy to find, used phone Sat nav. Villa was immaculate, modern and stylish. Kitchen well equipped for self-catering, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, stocked with coffee pods! Air conditioning throughout Villa and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and outside. We particularly enjoyed Ratten padded furniture at bottom of garden with moveable parasol. The pool was a great size with the sun warming it from 10am each day! Small supermarket 5 min walk and a larger well stocked one less than 5 min drive. Town of Arenal 30 min walk, 5 min drive or less than €10 in taxis. Arenal had many varied restaurants, large sandy beach and the bay is framed by a promenade. There is a train like vehicle which pulls up at the start of the promenade and takes you around Arenal and up to the Old Town. You can hop on and off the train as ticket is valid all day at less than €10 for 1 Adult and 1 child, it''s a great way to explore the area. We had a wonderful time at Las Pinas and would highly recommend, we shall be back! “
“We had a fantastic holiday at Las Pinas and will definitely be returning! The villa is in a peaceful location and has been modernised beautifully while keeping it’s traditional Spanish vibe. There are lovely views from the front of the villa where you can see out to the blue sea. Sitting on the egg chair on the front naya enjoying the view was a firm favourite as well as relaxing by the pool area for all day sunshine. The Arenal is a short 5 minute drive with all the bars and restaurants to enjoy as well as the sandy beach. The port area of Javea and the Old Town are also fantastic. This villa is the perfect location to explore all Javea has to offer.”
